Two roads diverged in a yellow wood,
黃葉林裡,兩路相岐,
And sorry I could not travel both And be one traveler, long I stood
無法兩全,遺憾至極。我為旅人,躊躇難進。
And looked down one as far as I could To where it bent in the undergrowth;
盡己所能,翹首極目,相岐二路,隱入叢林。
Then took the other, as just as fair,
拿定主意,踏上其一,
And having perhaps the better claim Because it was grassy and wanted wear,
綠草如茵,渴盼人跡,值得前去。
Though as for that the passing there Had worn them really about the same,
至於另一,斑斑前跡,似有玄機。
And both that morning equally lay
那日清晨,葉落紛紛,遍佈兩路。
In leaves no step had trodden black. Oh, I marked the first for another day!
不留半點足跡,總待山水有相逢。
Yet knowing how way leads on to way I doubted if I should ever come back.
路途迢迢,莫可耐何,動身此去,再回首已百年身。
I shall be telling this with a sigh
某年某處,喟然而嘆,娓娓道來:
Somewhere ages and ages hence: Two roads diverged in a wood, and I,
那座森林,兩路相岐,
I took the one less traveled by, And that has made all the difference.
心有所選,勇往而去,自此殊途不同歸。
