Anna, you had the test too, how did you do?

Anna: Perfect, 100!

Good job, mommy, you really studied hard!

Ruth: Twice!

Nate: Oh my goodness.

Today we're celebrating, right guys?

'cause it's "Natsu Yasumi" (summer break)

Becca: Calpis, Lemon, Coke Melon,

and then (pauses for dramatic effect)

Becca: No! I get to try first!

Anna: OK, can I try it? Nate: Is it good?

Anna: Oh! (approves)

Becca: Isn't it so yummy?!

Anna: Daddy, you should try it.

It looks really gross.

Anna: It tastes pretty good.

It doesn't taste as bad as it looks.

Anna: Joshua keeps taking, like, pictures.

Ruth: We have to start reading our book for our book report.

Ruth: And then we have to figure out what science project we're going to do.

Nate: Guess what comes in today?

Becca: Piano. Nate: Piano!

Anna: Hi!

Nate: Whoa, look at this!

Sarah: Washing the car!

Nate: Good job!

Sarah: It's time to go to the pool with Mio chan!

Nate: Nope, it's time to clean up first!

Nate: Maybe!

Nate (in Japanese): Now it's my Japanese study time. Yes.

Everybody: Joshua! Joshua! Joshua!

(Everybody cheers)

Nate: So that's the beginning of our summer vacation.
