So there's this vintage looking fire behind the counter. Fresh made kusi cuts. It will replace on your plate on the counter when you eat, just takes cures and leave the plate so the master can keep on using it for the next years. Start off. We were served a soft and fluffy garbage damn look at this golden coating. It's very, very soft. There next, beef Qazi, which eventually became my favorite. He recommended to eat it with mustard and Japanese. Worse the shire sauce. So I'm going to town with it. Yeah, crispy outside and super juicy inside because, you know, I think this is me and squint with soy sauce in between. That's crazy. Boonie has a very cool, refreshing days, but it's cold, but the squid is warm on the bottom, so it kind of like melts together and make this really interesting taste inside of your mouth. This soy sauce kind of brings it all together. Wait, wow, amazing, right when you break the crispy coating, all the creamy cheese stuff melts inside your mouth, which is like a Japanese potato, I think. Then we got to the lotus root. But season cod roe, lightly salted cod roe flavors exploded in my mouth and paired perfectly with a crisp lotus root, all about texture. Usually, people come here. They eat about 15 cushy cuts. It sticks. I guess you would call it Max. Here's 50 so you guys have any of you in every way. Let me know. This is ground pepper and humble in which is a fish. Homo is a Japanese Congo. It's mushy, but a good mushy and you can taste a slight, crispy texture so good on this juicy Hamaguchi with a soup full of a mommy. Look at that huge clam fried crispy clam is poured over with a mummy soup, creating a distinct flavor. All right, so juicy that crime was pretty good. But it's super Mommy, it's awesome. Wait, now we got the king of cookie Got shrimp. It was like Old Country. You need ahead. No problem. Oh, fried mushroom with soy sauce jelly so good in so Japanese way were also serving super fresh crab. And it was super sweet, like this orange sauce. This just really good. Wow, that's amazing. For last dish, we got chicken soup with fried asparagus on the top. Unfortunately, I couldn't eat anymore until next time.
