  • and everyone a welcome to another video.

  • Today we're going to be looking into the world of cloud gaming.

  • Let's say you've got a PC that isn't capable of playing the newest games, but you've got sudden urge to play a fortnight or Overwatch.

  • Now you could try and run the game, perhaps on the lowest available settings on DDE, not get a very good experience.

  • Or you could try a cloud gaming service like in video G Force Now, which is currently in beater or beta and a guy by the name of overkill Game on Gmail sent me a code for this beta.

  • So I'm gonna be trying out today and seeing what it's like to use on a PC that would generally be considered quite weak in terms of gaming performance.

  • As of 2018 I'll also be talking about the pros and cons off such a service, and I'll also be testing it out on my Internet connection, which is a lot weaker than in video themselves recommend.

  • I mean, I've got terrible Internet.

  • It really isn't good in this modern age of disgrace.

  • Games act.

  • So let's get into it.

  • Talk about this service and see what it's like to use so in videos do force now.

  • Service is currently free, but there is a waiting list to access the beta.

  • I've seen a few sites selling codes for about 15 to £20 dollars or euros, but I'm not sure how legit that is, so I won't leave any links.

  • G Force now is basically a cloud gaming service that lets you run your games remotely on NVIDIA super powerful computer and streams them back to your PC or laptop as if you were gaming natively on that device.

  • I'll be testing out fortnight Overwatch and far cry five, all of which would normally struggle to run on this one gigabyte GT 5 20 that could be found for less than a tenner here in the UK in video, states of the service requires a 15 megabit per second minimum connection for 7 20 p 60 f.

  • P s gaming.

  • With the hardware requirements being quite modest, my Internet is diabolical, and I didn't think the service would even run.

  • But to my surprise it date.

  • So let's get into it.

  • After gaining beta access, you have to download the G force now clients on, of course, already have the games you want to play installed on your PC.

  • The official support list is fairly large, though I believe you can get none officially supported games, working to just find the installed game.

  • You want to run hit play and then you're good to go First up in fortnight, the game deported to Epic 10 80 p settings on the streaming quality fluctuated between 10 80 p.

  • 60 f ps and 7 20 p 60 f.

  • P.

  • S because of my poor Internet.

  • Although there were no super off putting Leighton see issues for me, a super competitive professional gamer may beg to differ.

  • The game averaged around 90 to 100 frames per second in over what trial launched about match once again with the highest settings and even crankier resolution scaling up to 150%.

  • The game ran flawlessly, though once again, the streaming quality varied between 10 87 20 p.

  • If your internet is worse than mine, then streaming quality may drop a little more to 9 60 by 5 40 Just like in fortnight, performance was very good, with the frame rate staying well above 60 f ps in video used a p 40 GPU according to the settings.

  • I wonder what they cost, huh?

  • Well, time to sell my car.

  • Finally and far cry five.

  • I ran the game benchmark ultra, and this is where I experienced the most issues.

  • Although the game stayed above 60 f.

  • P.

  • S on average, I did notice a few issues this time around, which I can likely put down to my connection.

  • Once again.

  • Far Cry five stuck with 7 20 p.

  • 60 f ps streaming quality not just for a quick comparison test.

  • His health fortnight, the first in today's tested games, runs natively on a duty 5 20 epic settings without G force now streaming.

  • That's right.

  • Three F.

  • B s.

  • So let's talk about pros and cons off this service.

  • Currently, the pros include the fact that the beta is free.

  • It's far better than most cloud gaming service is.

  • I've tried in the past, and it's also available on Mac.

  • It can also turn even the slowest office laptops into gaming beasts, as I've seen in a few other videos regarding these service.

  • In terms of cons, the Beetle will take some time to grant you access as the wait list.

  • Things fairly long, though.

  • As I mentioned, a few sites are selling keys.

  • The service also works best on a very fast Internet connection, which isn't available or affordable to everyone, though, as I hope, I've proved you can get by with a fairly slow set up.

  • According to NVIDIA, CS 2017 the press for 20 hours of game play on a Jew, Ticks 10 80 based machine will cost $20 after the beta period.

  • This seems very high, considering the service can be used on invidious shield devices for just $8 monthly.

  • No word on pricing has been uttered recently, though, so hopefully the company are rethinking that figure because the service like this will be ideal for low end machine uses everywhere, providing that the price after the beta period is reasonable.

  • So there we have it, Guys, this has actually been a very well requested subject cloud gaming.

  • And as I received the code for the beta, thank you very much to overkill gaming.

  • For that, I just had to try out.

  • I'd advise signing up for that weight in Just give it a go yourselves because it's definitely worth checking out at the moment, while it doesn't cost anything to use, so there's always thank you very much for watching.

  • I hope you've enjoyed today's video.

  • If you've used this service in the past, police let me know your experience with it, especially if you have terrible Internet like may like this video.

  • If you enjoyed it, dislike it.

  • If you didn't subscribe to the channel if you haven't done so already and hopefully I'll see all of you in the next one.

and everyone a welcome to another video.
