again Maxie was kind enough to let me sleep last night so the day started at

around 7:00 I got the kids ready for school

eight o'clock I made sure that they're there and then 8:30 I had a workout I

was very rigid with my schedule today definitely wanted to get in some workout

before the photo shoot it's just like my energizer I came home had some time to

spend with Maxie smoothie shower usually I come with my skin already prepped so I

always start with like a lot of rose water to just hydrate the skin and then

I just feel really hydrating moisturizer especially now it's getting cold so I'm

already preparing and sealing my skin and then I do I cream very important

once I do my skincare routine I also prepare my body I hate wearing perfume

when I go to shoot but obviously you wanna like smell nice so what I like to

do is use a body oil this one started my perfume but also I'm

motorizing my skin today it's all about skincare and taking care of yourself

with creams so this is gonna be perfect for me I'm using the body oil the frozen

pear I love the smell of it and this is the easiest and fastest way to apply

things just because you literally just spray it on your scalp and just but in a

into their world of just pampering and relaxation to their products it can

really go either the along that type of spa day or you can even do a quick

shower and feel like you literally got rejuvenated or photo shoot it's very

important to always come with neutral underwear I prefer to take a bunch of

different options so this is just like a nude bra this is not so nude but kind of

neutral if they need like more deep cut and then we have like a thong and then

just the normal underwear I always make sure I have this in the bag this is

literally like a model kit you also want to make sure that your underwear are

seamless you don't know what kind of clothing is gonna happen there so you

want to be prepared and trust me these little things decline always notices so

just being professional so I'm gonna bring a change of clothes but for this

shoot day I want to wear something that allows should be comfortable and you

know what I'm gonna do like there's all these clothes and you're like I hate

everything every girl struggle jumpsuit is and now

we're late so we have to go

hey guys we are finally here unsaid this is such an exciting project I am working

with the lien candidates today and I am so so excited to be the face of live in

Canada I feel really really honored and I anticipate a really really fun two

days of shooting milene has been part of my life for

actually a very long time I've known the brand since I was a little girl so it's

amazing to me that they are now coming to Canada they campaign really resonated

with me because the whole messaging is about taking a lolly moment to really

celebrate yourself celebrating self-care celebrating self-love I just felt like

both in my soul and today this is what it's all about today we're celebrating

us we're celebrating ourselves by taking care of ourselves and taking the time to

take care of ourselves I'm working with some gorgeous girls

today we each kind of have our own situation happening the vibe is really

beautiful and soft and feminine so I'm really excited to see which category I

belong to and we're going to be starting with the makeup and hair it look a

little like rollbacks with my modeling days

and I'm sure I don't have any Marines in my feet I do have quite a bit of

experience in modeling and learning my angles but honestly when it comes to

taking a good photo it's first of all having that awkward

moment with yourself or you sit in front of the mirror and just check the angles

of your own face knowing what looks better on you for me I know that when my

chin is up I get just a better angle for my face if it's opening the mouth a

little bit it's my thing everyone has really good own way and it's really

practice makes perfect situation when I started modeling my first job ever I

remember I was on set with like four other models and they were all really

experienced models and I was like so scared of my own shadow back then and I

remember I was just like watching them on set and it literally looked like they

had like split personalities because they would switch from like being sexy

to like playful and the camera just sticking right and they're just like

changing moods and changing movement as I got deeper into the business and start

working more that's like what real models do are you just completely like

zone out of whatever's going around you and you're just like I'm happy I'm sad

oh my god I'm crazy huh like literally one part that really excites me about

shooting for Lolita day and for this campaign is the fact that I'm here today

not so much as a modeling and not just like a pretty face but I'm here to

actually talk about the messaging bring it out there and also bring my

personality and my voice into what we're shooting today

I feel like today I just feel so much more confident in my own skin and it's

amazing to have an opportunity to combine both worlds that I absolutely

love Melina's you need because they have their categories of different sense

where they offer a range of skin care products bath shower foams exfoliators

and perfumes it's a lot of skincare products lifestyle products and air

fresheners as well so I feel like every girl out there and every woman can find

their own set

I'm one of the leaves unique collections is the Dead Sea collection which I'm

really excited to be the ambassador for the collection offers a complete range

the world's biggest natural spa for music on set usually I like to listen to

hip-hop I feel like it really gets the mood going but then 90s and 2000's R&B

is always good and then when we hit that like wall around up to 3 p.m. and you

have to like energize yourself Beyonce is always the answer

stage of the day dancing and singing one I would say my favorite part when

modeling would be being in front of the camera I feel like I'm just going into

like us zone and no one can touch me that's pretty fun I really get into the

character of whoever it is that I'm representing today I was representing

myself so that was pretty easy the least favorite part would be the probably

change of hair and makeup like gazillion times it's really beautiful to see

artists do their thing but also you get to a point where your head hurts and

your face hurts so that's not fun but I mean who can complain when someone's

making you look like a million dollars
