Gallo was recorded on video, it shows the now missing seven year old playing with another child in the yard of a housing complex where he lived last year.

East Idaho News obtained the clip from a neighbor's doorbell camera.

It's dated September 17 less than a week before cops say the boy's mother, Lori Day Bell, took him out of school in Rexburg, Idaho.

He and his sister, 17 year old Tiley Ryan, haven't been seen since the end of September.

However, another video from October shows Laurie Day Bell, still living in the home.

She's now under arrest in Hawaii after failing to produce the Children to authorities.

She's been living in Kawai with her new husband, Chad Day Belle, while investigators in Idaho continue to search for the Children.

Chad has not been arrested in this case, and both denied any wrong doing.

Laurie refuses to tell anyone where the kids are and is being held on $5 million bail, charged with desertion and non support of Children, as well as resisting and or obstructing an officer.
