  • My colleague Micah brought this salsa to work last year for a potluck and I loved it! It's

  • nothing like the store bought salsa. And I think it looks really pretty too.

  • Quarter 1 pint of grape tomatoes. I think you could use cherry tomatoes, but we're using

  • grape tomatoes here. Add incup of minced red onion, 2 tablespoons of minced jalapeno

  • pepper, or more if you like more heat. Pour in 2 tablespoons of rice wine vinegar or lime

  • juice. Add 2 tablespoons of agave nectar and ¼ teaspoon each of salt and pepper. Mix it

  • well and you're done. This is another one of those recipes that

  • you can adapt to your taste. Add cilantro, black beans, mango - whatever you like. If
