Because all that does is increase your stress level 24 and it's really hard to go to bed when you are stressed. 25 He also suggests before calling it a night 26 make a list of what you're grateful for. 27 There's data to show that if you are positive 28 and thinking of positive things before you fall asleep, 29 you get into deep sleep quicker. 30 Also, go easy on caffeine and alcohol. 31 You can enjoy your adult beverage, but you don't 32 want it to affect your sleep which could indeed 33 affect your immune function. 34 Tips we could all use during the pandemic.
