  • recently, after countless doctors and failed attempts at making myself any better, I began to turn to healing more naturally.

  • I've taken a newfound interest in energy, medicine, yoga and different forms of meditation in which you can connect with your mind and your body.

  • So I researched what Tokyo had to offer in terms of energy healing and finding peace.

  • We're going Teoh a meditations studio because I reached out to them.

  • This is not sponsored.

  • Wanted Teoh come to their studio in practice.

  • I'm not sure how I'm gonna film this, but we're gonna attempt it.

  • We're gonna go there just because I wanted to try something different and I think they have English there.

  • So if you're interested and we like it, then I'll link everything down below.

  • Minuto was one of the research studios in Tokyo, and their classes are available in both English and Japanese.

  • Way arrived at the studio and was asked to take our shoes and socks off.

  • First way were then taken to a room where she explained how we would prepare meditation practice And what the meaning of each task Waas Hey, guys, we're at the minute meditations.

  • Did you hear about this on?

  • No, actually, it's not that far away.

  • I thought it was gonna be a part of her away, but it's such a relaxing area.

  • So I'm really pleased to kept tabs come to experience this today.

  • So we just actually got finished with meditation, and I just kind of wanted to talk a little bit, like run through what we just did.

  • So you could make an appointment online reservation line like everything down below.

  • But it was a very, very relaxing experience, so I'm really happy to have come.

  • So this hallway right here is where you start.

  • There's two rooms.

  • There is one here.

  • This is a very, very bright room, and then one of the very end of the hallway is a dark room.

  • See, I'm a ceiling.

  • It kind of example stars.

  • So it's very relaxing here.

  • Some cushions in there and here It's just literally a white room.

  • I can't go inside because you are not allowed to, but if you open this up, you can kind of see this is very heavy.

  • They can kind of see how bright like it.

  • So it's not crazy, and it feels like you're walking into like thistles what the room actually looked like when you walked in.

  • It was intense, but the vibrations and sounds you can hear in the room really opened up our senses, which is what this meditation was all about.

  • So we walked in here and there's sounds you can hear very distinct sounds like vibrations and supposed to kind of preparing from the actual meditation.

  • And then you walk down here, we walk in.

  • We couldn't see anything because you have to have your eyes just a little bit, but you're even see pretty quickly after maybe like a couple minutes.

  • Yes, it's kind of like stars and cushions and all that stuff in here.

  • You can't see anything because it's dark, and so you kind of have to go back, back and forth, similar to a sauna, she said.

  • So if you ever been in asana, you can go in and out like cold, hot, cold, hot, supposed to kind of strengthen the immune system.

  • I think this is kind of like to strengthen the mind in a way after you leave this space that you're doing this for about like 20 minutes or so and then after that you can go into this room, which is a meditation room.

  • So all we moved in here, you can hear.

  • It's very like soundproofing here, you walk in here and then you sit down on one of these cushions and you could do a guided meditation.

  • So we did one in English.

  • You can do an English guided meditation.

  • So we sat here, and we have the essential oil that she told us to put on our rest, which smells, really, really could.

  • So open this up and it's very beautiful.

  • Lots of little flowers in here, and it's just a little vial.

  • And then you put a couple drops on your wrist.

  • They give us a little blanket here on the side, so that was very comfortable.

  • So I put that on my lap, and then, uh, do you g sat next to me.

  • So we had a little, um, meditation session.

  • So it was 30 minutes long for the meditation, and it was all in English, like I said, So you could choose English or Japanese, a woman that was helping us.

  • She was sitting on the other side of the room, doing it with us.

  • That was really pleasant, and after our 30 minute meditation, we headed to the next room.

  • The architecture was created by a famous artist from Kamakura and had an earthy vibe.

  • The great thing about the studio is that you can make an appointment for yourself or with a group.

  • The price for an 80 minute meditation practice is 8000 yen.

  • It's a bit pricey, but an exciting experience if you're into healing and connecting with yourself and unique environment.

  • After our 30 minute focus, we were lead to the tea room, where we chose our own Japanese tea cups and seat to enjoy traditional Japanese sentia T.

  • The water was lit with a small candle, and the tea leaves were ready to pour in.

  • This base is meant to further relax your body and feed it something good coming here.

  • So when you come after the meditation, you empty.

  • So we have a bunch of different colored tea cups here, and we get to choose our favorite color.

  • So ours are missing.

  • We chose to, and then, um, we took our teacup all the way to one of the seats so you can choose any of these seats here and we start actually over here, Here, I'll show you a better when this is probably a better one.

  • So you have tea leaves here, and then you can put it into this already hot water cup.

  • And, um, it's already hot.

  • I love this little thing.

  • I actually want this.

  • There's an incense incense here that you burn first and you put it in to this little box and then when it finishes burning, that's that means your session is over.

  • So we had some tea.

  • We put our tea cup here, and ports and T had some Japanese snacks and we just relaxed a little bit longer and it's sentia T u D What did you think about it?

  • Yeah, Yes.

  • So, yeah, this place is absolutely gorgeous.

  • It's so beautiful.

  • So it was about 80 minutes and we did everything.

  • It was very flowing, so I enjoyed it very much, and I think beauty enjoyed it very much.

  • I've meditated a lot before, so I think usually you have to.

  • So we kind of knew what to dio and we recognized the whole like process.

  • If you guys are interested in finding a place to relax, especially in Tokyo.

  • Tokyo So busy.

  • And you know, there's a lot of people that are working, and it's just kind of crazy.
