(upbeat music) As we all know abs are the first to go and I know that we're afraid of gaining weight and losing definition during the holiday season. In order to have balance, indulge in some of your favorite foods and keep that six pack that you've been working on all year, we wanna incorporate HIIT workouts so you can burn as much fat as possible. So with that being said, let's go ahead and start this workout. Our first exercise is gonna be plank open and close for 45 seconds. Let's go. (intense music) Keep going you've got it. Make sure you keep that butt down. Alright we're gonna take a 15 second rest and then move on to the next exercise which is 45 seconds of mountain climbers. Let's go. (upbeat music) Keep on pushing you've got it. Almost there. Alright make sure you're giving it all. This is a high intensity workout. Next we're gonna go on to 45 seconds of crucifix. (dark intense music) Keep pushing. Alright now we've got 45 seconds of leg flutters. Let's go. Make sure you keep your core tight and keep those legs low. (intense music) There you go keep on going. Those vaults are not gonna come without the work. Let's go. Burn it out. Almost there. Alright on those you really wanna make sure that you keep your core tight. Next movement is gonna be plank side to side for 45 seconds. Let's go. (upbeat music) This is really gonna engage your obliques and get that side of your core. Make sure you're getting the full range of motion and hitting the ground. Almost there. Alright 15 second rest again and then we're going right in to plank knees to elbow. Let's go. (intense music) Push through. Alright 15 seconds rest and we're almost there. We're gonna go straight into bicycles. Let's go. (dark music) Keep it going, keep that core tight. Make sure everything's engaged. Alright 15 seconds and then we have the last exercise, which is gonna be Russian twists for 45 seconds. It's really gonna get you those side obliques. Let's go.
