Nothing feels better than to be part of a movement dealing

with the climate crisis.

For the past four months, I've been in Washington, DC,

to bring awareness to the urgency of the climate crisis

and give people a way to mobilize and do

something about it.

Like the young activist Greta Thunberg says, the world

is on fire.

We have to behave like it's a crisis, because it is.

And that's why we started Fire Drill Fridays.

On Fridays, we rallied, we learned,

we marched and engaged in civil disobedience,

and risked arrest, including you.

But I sucked.

I didn't do a good job of it.

No, you didn't.

No, you didn't.

No, I didn't.

And here, we're doing our first Fire Drill

Friday in Los Angeles.

We've brought it to California, and we're bringing it

all around the country.

Friday, February 7th, at 11:00 on the Main Street side

of City Hall.
