Recently, I have been tired and it has not been easy making as many videos as I used to make.

During the lockdown, I had so much free time on my hands,

but now I started a full-time job again in Belgium (since a few weeks)

I have to say: keeping this high-speed rhythm of recording, editing, and doing everything myself after work is hard.

But I had an idea that maybe I might just start making videos more spontaneously so I don't have to think as long about the subject.

As many people apparently use my videos to practice English,

I think it is important to make videos regularly, rather than one long video once in a while

I thought it might be fun if I take you along with me on my daily activities

Right now, I was thinking that: in my house, in my room, it is hard to film sometimes.

Because I have a big family and it is not always quiet there. I often must wait until people are not home

My room can also be a bit dark sometimes and I don't have a professional light yet.

That is tricky.

Today, I am going to take a look at this place. Wait, can you see it?

Here. This is a barn in my garden. We don't use it for anything else than storage. We put some stuff there

It has been ages since I have last been there, so let's take a look to see what state it is in

And see if I can use it as my studio!

That looks a bit messy…

I think that the owners who had this house before us used this place to have pigeons.

The kind of pigeons that can travel far away and even deliver messages.

That's what I heard. That this used to be a place to have pigeons.

Now, as you can see it is just some kind of storage place.

We have chickens and rabbits. Here is where we store the hay.

You can probably imagine that this place smells like a farm.

But I kind of like this smell.

Not perfect and very messy. But I think I can work with this.

As I started cleaning this place and arranging stuff, I realized that this would take forever!

Have you seen this place? Look at those spider webs and everything. It has not been cleaned in so long

It is going to take more time than I thought.

What about… I'm going to keep cleaning here while filming it, and I will show you the result tomorrow.

I think it can be a fun idea to show you the “before” and “after”. Hopefully I can improve it a little bit.
