  • I know a lot of you are so curious to find out what is going on with the storm of a virus spreading around Asia and beyond.

  • But so far, life is going the way it usually goes as I battle my gut infection and head to my teaching job.

  • My husband, however, has been working from home the past couple weeks because, in truth, Tokyo is encouraging people to stay indoors, work from home and not go to large events.

  • It's scary watching the news every day, especially when you're someone who has a crap immune system like me.

  • I've been taking dietary precautions, specific vitamins and drinking as much water as possible because, well, that's all you can really do right now.

  • I'll discuss the problem and try to answer all of your questions in this video.

  • But stick to the end for some final thoughts and what you can do to prevent catching this monstrosity.

  • This is my set up right now.

  • I'm about to do a video two in one day.

  • I have had zero time so he can see my laundry in the back, but I'm trying a different setting right now, so we'll see what happens?

  • Hey, guys, welcome back to my channel.

  • Um, this video was very spontaneous, actually planned and just doing like, a sit down video, which I'm about to do right now, But I thought it would be a good idea.

  • Teoh, talk about the Corona virus and what's going on here and took you.

  • I just want to say that I've heard a lot of things.

  • I've heard a lot of things about the Corona virus and that it is not something to worry about if you're not old or if you're not super sick.

  • If you're a baby or toddler or um maybe someone it's very old or super sick, then it might be a concern I honestly like, in my opinion, I don't know much about the virus, and I want to say that there's so many so much mixed news out there that I can't really trust everything that I hear.

  • Basically, Corona virus is pneumonia.

  • I had pneumonia three times, which scares the crap out of me because I work with kids and kids come in sick and parents don't care.

  • Just bring their Children to school sick because they just want perfect attendance now It's getting kind of serious, and it's spreading fast like hundreds of people have Corona virus now in Japan when it started from eight like a couple weeks ago, it's gotten serious to the point where you, jeez, work shut down And Beauty is actually at a cafe right now because he likes to work, you know, other places, it gets him focused, which I totally get.

  • I really would love to do that.

  • He is not going into the office because their company decided to keep their workers home for the next couple weeks.

  • So beauties home, which is great.

  • But at the same time, it's kind of scary that his company shut down their offices just because of the Corona virus, so he's still working, but he's working remote, so he's working here on his laptop work, laptop and getting his stuff done.

  • I have work tonight at my new job, so I'm actually gonna leave in the evening.

  • I decided I wanted to work in the evenings and have the whole day to do what I wanted to do, so that's going to be happening today, so the next couple weeks are crazy.

  • I have three weeks left of my full time, and then I'm done.

  • Thank the heavens.

  • Think the head.

  • So today I'm going to be talking about a topic that I kind of thought of randomly.

  • Oh, right.

  • So I finished the video, and that video is things that exist in America that don't exist in Japan.

  • Thought to be a really interesting topic.

  • It's very dark in here.

  • Um, we're gonna cook some late lunch, and today we're gonna cook some curry.

  • So I'm on a gluten free slash no process sugar diet right now trying to get rid of Cibo.

  • Hopefully it's gone.

  • When I retest, I might be one of those people that struggle, but I don't really want to think that's are You can't see me.

  • We're gonna cook some lunch.

  • I'm not sure when u G is coming back.

  • Hopefully you'll get to see him.

  • Let's get cooking.

  • Okay, So we're going to be making a coconut curry.

  • This is not scripted.

  • So excuse me if I make any mistakes with my voice over, but we're gonna put some oil in the pan, some garlic and let that heat up a little bit, and then we're gonna add in some onions.

  • Throw that into the pot, stirred around a little bit, get it hot and saute it.

  • Then add the chicken, cut up the chicken.

  • Then you're gonna start that around a little bit and let it cook.

  • I add this Indian curry seasoning.

  • It doesn't bother me, but you can just add turmeric and ginger, and that's all you really need.

  • But I like the spice.

  • I got it from I herb.

  • I use onion powder organic sprinkled out in there, and then I stir that around a little bit.

  • Then I add the rest of my vegetables, carrots, potatoes, zucchini, whatever you feel is right for you.

  • Then I had a little bit more seasoning into it and stir that around, let that heat up a little bit and then I'm gonna add some coconut cream into the mix.

  • This is what makes it taste so good.

  • It gives it a rich flavor and creamy flavor.

  • Then you're gonna add some coconut milk full fat.

  • I used in organic coconut milk.

  • Then I squeezed in a little bit of lime juice and then a little bit of coconut.

  • A me knows I used garlic sauce, coconut caminos but you can use regular Coke anatomy nose, and then I started around.

  • Let that simmer and heat up for about 15 minutes or so and let the sauce stick in a little bit and it comes out like this.

  • It's so good.

  • You g loves this coconut curry.

  • And it's great for people with allergies.

  • It beats home working from home.

  • Hey, I'm still happy.

  • I mean, you still to work, though.

  • So while duty worked in his office, I saved some curry for him and caught up on my own work.

  • Then I headed to my evening job.

  • Not too much one on this day, but I'd like to end this with our final Corona virus thoughts.

  • Um, don't take this the heart because I honestly don't have perfect information.

  • He's playing video games, but he was home all day.

  • Okay, so way are outside on this lovely, beautiful day next to Disney, actually, and there's like nobody here.

  • It's really weird because it's a holiday, right?

  • You d thinks it's because of the Corona virus.

  • What do you think?

  • Yes, so, basically, basically, I wanted to talk about just for five minutes because I don't want to be like super along with this, but everybody's been messaging me.

  • I've gotten so many PM's about I'm planning my trip to go to Japan and is it safe to like travel and all that stuff and like, to be honest, like my answer is, I don't know.

  • There's so much news right now, and you don't know if it's what's true and what's not true.

  • And if you're really concerned about it and you're concerned about your health, because your health is your own responsibility, I feel like you kind of have to make that choice for yourself.

  • But I feel like it's spreading so quickly.

  • Now it's getting.

  • It's becoming more serious.

  • They said that there's like a boy in Hokkaido that's in his twenties, and he's in a severe and severe condition right now in the hospital.

  • So it depends on your body.

  • How how easy it is for you to get sick, getting old person and you have or you have kids.

  • I feel like it's not very safe to travel to Japan at this time.

  • I mean, we've live in Japan, so I feel like I haven't gotten sick.

  • You know, there are a lot of events of events, account sold and even my work very encouraged to work from home.

  • So that's what I've been doing since last week.

  • So I'm trying to still be from the crowds as much as possible.

  • I don't want to give, like, the wrong information, so I feel like it's not my place to say if it is safe or not.

  • But there is a lot of serious conditions that are going on right now in Japan and spreading pretty quickly.

  • So I feel like in my opinion, if I were going to be traveling to Japan, I probably would cancel.

  • It is a lot of money, though.

  • I think people are more concerned about the money and less concerned about their health in the situation.

  • But I think if it's something that you're scared about, I would not calm.

  • But if you're like a couple that's traveling and you, you know you're drinking lots of vitamin C and you're taking lots of vitamin C and you're a healthy person in general and you have a pretty good immune system.

  • I say do what you feel is right.

  • I don't know.

  • I feel like we're all kind of waiting to see how it plays out.

  • But obviously nobody can just sit inside the house and do nothing.

  • So we want to get out and we want to travel and you wanna see things.

  • But we're not really traveling in Japan were just like going out to the supermarket or going out to eat or something.

  • So government hasn't decided, like specific plans to tackle these issues on their basically, like letting all the towns and cities to work on these things.

  • So, you know, it's like a city level.

  • They're starting to like Organizer.

  • I guess they made some activities for, like, big events and stuff, but we'll see what happens.

  • Masks are all sold out.

  • Master also that anyway.

  • But, yeah, everybody's putting hand sanitizer in front of the shops like here.

  • We went to T G I.

  • Friday's just now, and they have like hand sanitizer that you can use, Um, and that's never been there before, so I feel like a lot of people are preparing, but I feel like that's not even enough.

  • You know that's not enough.

  • If you want to get.

  • If you want to keep from getting sick, I feel like First of all, I'm not a doctor, So please don't take this to heart like you like.

  • This is just what I've been doing.

  • I've been on a protocol like a gut protocol, So I've been taking natural antibiotics.

  • And you think, actually, take this stuff when you're working with kids or when you're when you don't want to get sick.

  • I feel like taking a regular oil three times a day for the next three weeks and then stopping it for a week and then getting back on it for another three weeks is a good good thing to Dio ginger supplements or just eating Ginger is really good.

  • Vitamin C probiotic a really good probiotic is really I take Just thrive, programmatic.

  • Those are so good.

  • So many people on the reviews say, like they've never gotten sick after they started taking just drive probiotics.

  • But this is just tips for me, like I can't say like you have to talk to your doctor and you have to talk to your nutritionist or whatever.

  • I don't want to give the wrong information.

  • That's like what I've been doing, and I haven't gotten sick, so I think there's a specific way to prevent this particular.

  • Yeah, I feel like it's a pretty strong disease, I guess.

  • Like things like they don't know what this is.

  • Yeah, so they say, like, wash your hands every time you come back.

  • You are going to die in Japan.

  • We don't do this in America, but in Japan, they have these little this like medication.

  • It's not medication.

  • It's like a sort of Yeah, you gargle with it, you drink it and then you guard you don't swallow it, you gargle it and then you spit it out and it supposed to kill all the bacteria in your mouth and all that stuff.

  • But it's just precautions right now, like nobody knows what it is.

  • And that's why I'm going to say I have no idea.

  • It's up to you if you want to come in Japan or not.

  • But I feel like it's gonna spread all over the world.

  • You're like, not save anywhere you go.

  • So just try to limit your activities, is all I can say.

  • And if you're planning on coming Japan, you're more worried about money than your health.

  • And that's up to you were gonna end this video because I don't want to talk too much about it, but yeah, please describe like this video comment down below what your plans are, how the Corona Viruses in your country and that's it.

I know a lot of you are so curious to find out what is going on with the storm of a virus spreading around Asia and beyond.
