Marvel Studios should have announced at the San Diego Comic Con 2012 their new project,

but the news came out before time and the movie in question is Guardians of the Galaxy.

The comic book of 1969 talked about an alien race who comes to Earth

in order to protect it from an other alien race, known by them as an enemy.

A character from The Avengers, presented at the end the movie,

will also be included: Thanatos.

The screenplay is written by Nicole Pearlman.
