I'm Matty Matheson, and this is everything I eat in a day E don't always eat, right.
First thing, probably breakfast three times a week.
To be honest, I'm a coffee drinker right here.
Got a cup of coffee.
I live in a small town, no cafes where you could get, like, espresso or anything like that.
So over the last couple of years, I've become very fond of just like drip coffee, just cups of drip coffee with cream.
I take my coffee with cream.
I did almost a year with no Shug.
But during the pandemic, I kind of kicked back into a Shug.
Get a little satisfaction out of the world, you know?
So I'm a to cream.
One sugar guy, like every morning is just like we get our kids breakfast before they go to school and daycare.
Every morning we make eggs, chopped fruit, cook some bacon, maybe like a piece of toast with jam on it on Saturday.
I always make BLTs in the summertime.
Mac doesn't like he doesn't like belts.
Neither does Rizzo.
Me and fresh make belts for ourselves with our fresh tomatoes from the garden.
What's up next in a typical day.
After breakfast, the kids go to school and daycare.
I come back to the farm and I either shoe cooking videos were opening a burger shops I'm working on that.
Lunch usually consists of either leftovers from something I made the night before, like a sausage and garden vegetable soup type thing with some beans or something or sub chicken finger sub from Robo Mart.
That's my favorite restaurant world.
It's a little gas station, and they make these little tacos that air just like ground beef, lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream cheese.
And I don't know.
It's like they're like the worst possible tacos in the world.
But they're the best tacos in the world.
When I'm traveling, I'm usually trying to find really good sesh juan or dim sum or far a ramen.
So far, Roman dim sum sesh one e just wanna eat soups, spicy soups, spicy broths, deep flavored broths, light flavored broths, broth slurping, some slur sucking on noodles.
Do I get angry?
Everyone's nodding in the room, so yeah, I get a little hungry.
You know, life is so, um, up in the air, you know, right now.
And there's so many variables if I don't got my chicken finger sub in my belly, Daddy gets angry.
Start yelling.
Everyone is the problem.
I have nothing to do with what's happening.
Everything is against me.
The world is crumbling.
It's a food or ingredient that I actively avoid.
I don't like nuts and chocolate bars gets in the way.
You know, I don't like a nutty chocolate bar I don't want.
I don't want nuts on my teeth.
And actually, you know what?
Raspberries.
I always get stuck in my teeth.
They're like just eat a strawberry.
Just eat a nice, beautiful fresh strawberries.
Raspberries.
There's always this.
It's always in the back and you're getting in its there and you've got a toothpick and you're digging out your teeth and you pull out of filling raspberries.
Dangerous fruit.
I'm not a big snacker, but I dio my snack.
Time is around nine o'clock at night.
It's late.
I like toe have little chocolate celebration cookies, and then I put a little scoop of peanut butter on them, and then I eat it all at once, so it just goes into my mouth and I'm like, on I just turned it into like peanut butter and cracked that graham cracker cookie and the chocolate.
And I just mix that up in my mouth.
And then I take a sip of milk and then I take my little sip of milk and I lay there and I'm just a happy little guy.
And we're watching some stupid Netflix documentary on the world endings.
And we're just on our phones, mostly dinners at five in between 5 36.
Tricia keeps a tight schedule, and I gotta, you know, sometimes she's cooking.
Sometimes I'm cooking, but dinner is on the table in between 5 36 dinners on the table later than six.
We're all fucked.
Bath time is off.
Then bedtime is often storytime is off.
We have a 30 minute window to put food onto a table.
Our family enjoy it.
We put down everything and we just focus on loving and reconnecting.
And, you know, you just catch up with your kids.
What's my beverage for?
Choice for dinner?
Um, tap water.
I'm a good tap water guy.
I don't want my water too cold.
And if I'm feeling really crazy can of Coca Cola, I'll treat myself, you know, once or twice a week, and that's a nice day for Matty.
Every time I make something new that I haven't made before, I think like I get really excited about that.
But I honestly, I think it's just about cooking just about cooking with me.
I just cooked lasagna Bianco like a white style, like just a best Hamelin spinach cheese, some beautiful, like a light sausage.
Raghu.
It's not about like what my favorite dishes, Just like I think it's every time I cook something new and just do something that I've never done before and it turns out great, and it makes me happy.
And I love doing that.
That's my favorite thing.
Is cooking something I've never cooked before?
How about that?
Oh, that's nice, Matty.
Favorite Food City.
I think Sydney, Australia has got some really good food.
It's, um, really good restaurants.
They, their their seafood and shellfish is on riel.
Their their produce is insane.
Their meat isn't.
They like the talent of chefs down there.
It's it's really something.
Sydney is a special city, and that's everything I ate in a day.
