It makes organization proud.

Um, and we got a lot of great experience from being down here and being in the playoffs.

It's a different experience without the fans.

We talked about the fact that, you know, for for a normal game six, we'd be going home to 20,000 people.

We have a real advantage there, and we're gonna have to find the energy.

Um, you know, amongst our family, that's here, Um, you know, to fight and to give ourselves a chance.

And they did.

They fought a Zhar as they possibly could.

Everybody was into it on you.

You know, you hate to lose, but the effort was phenomenally good.

I'm coming in a little late, so you might have been asked this, but what, if anything, did you learn about Luca during this Siri's?

Well, look, he's one of the toughest players that I've ever seen in this league, and that goes back 35 36 years.

Um, he's a great young player that is getting better each year.

He's rookie of the year last year, and this year he's up for most improved.

I mean, you know, I'd like to know if that's ever happened before, and so I expect that he'll come back next year.

Um, even better, you know, with some with some something new in his game, the same way that bird and Magic and Jordan on all those great players did every summer.

Um, you know, summer is a little different now.

It's gonna be a fall, and, you know, whenever we reconvene as the league again, But, you know, he has a and an era play irrepressible enthusiasm for the game for his team mates and for winning on, uh, you know, today.

I mean, it was hard getting him out of the game.

Second half, we didn't do it until the very end.

Um, and so I don't know.

I we're just We're so fortunate to have him.

And, uh, you know, now we've got to get our roster completely healthy.

I feel like we had a very productive year.

A lot was accomplished.

You know, it's it's hard to put your hands around everything.

Um, at this particular moment, um, you know, getting back to the playoffs is very significant.

Um, you know, being 11 games over 500 in the regular season is significant.

Um, we didn't win a lot of games and the seating games, but we went through some great experiences.

We went through three or four overtime games on dat got us.

You know, ready to play the clippers.

Um, and this Siris was you know, it was like a lot of playoff series is up and down.

I mean, you know, Porzingis gets gets, gets ejected in three minutes into the third quarter of game one.

You know, we win Game two wire to wire.

Game three.

Luca goes down with the ankle way had losing by eight.

Game four.

The team showed its resilience, Um, in in a huge way, getting down 21 that battling back, having a lead, getting toe over time and then and then finding a way to win in the end.

And Luca put the team on his back in that game.

Game five is really the only game I'm really disappointed in.

And you're gonna occasionally have a stinker in the playoffs where the other team plays, created it.

Just you just don't have your night.

Just don't have a good night.

Um, but today, you know, after being here 50 some days and going through everything that everyone went through this week, um, you know, and and being down, you know, not not only KP, but Palin Bronson not having Cauley Stein, you know, you know, it would have been it would have been easy for our guys to just fold up, and they didn't.

They refused to do that.

They refused to do that.

They fought their butts off the entire game.

I thought, uh, thought Jamal Mosley had had a great defensive plan.

You know, he just kept mixing things up and kept us aggressive.

And, um, Clippers go on a run, and we would we would stay way would stay right in their faces and make a quick run back at him, you know?

And then they pulled away at the end.

But, you know, we were way bent, but we didn't.

We didn't break in this game and and I was proud of that.

You would kind of expressed some disappointment.

And Marcus Morris and the play, who could obviously those two guys again tonight.

Well, what did you see in that play?

And did, you know, should even on important, I guess, after what happened the game before, like the play, the play speaks for itself, you know, And to get into speculation about the previous game, that zall stuff you gotta You gotta ask the league about that.

I mean, they looked at it.

Um, you know, a soon as this play happened in real time, you know, I knew he was getting ejected.

I knew was a flagrant two.

It's just a It's just a just a unnecessary play and unfortunate.

Uh, Coach um, e out earlier this year said that you can't wait to see if your thoughts about that is clinical seasons from a championship.

Well, we're on the climb, you know, and you never know the exact timing of things like that.

But that czar passion, that's our obsession.

Um, it's shared by the guys in the locker room.

Um, it's It's an arduous climb to get back in the playoffs.

Way matched up, probably against the most physical and most talented team in the entire league.

Andi was a difficult series, but it was the kind of experience that we needed.

Um, and so there's a lot of There are a lot of bright things that came out of this season, and there's there's gonna be great optimism for the future.

We we've got to get our roster completely healthy.

Way Gotta keep building the roster around Luke and KP and keep getting.

Keep adding pieces that fit around those two guys.

We can continue to grow the team that za really the most important thing.
