On this is because I am in Bangkok, Thailand. My girlfriend and I have recently moved here to travel around on to work. Now the flight to Thailand from England Waas 11 hours on the time difference in Thailand is six hours ahead off the time in England, So I'm feeling quite jets liked now. You probably don't know what jet lagged means. Andi, I'm going to explain this word or these two words to you today. Jet lag is when you feel both mentally or physically tired from a long flight, which goes across different time zones. So because off the six hour difference between England and Thailand, I feel very tired. And I can't sleep when I have to go to bed, and I'll feel tired during the day. So it za quite confusing for the brain when you are living in a different time zone. Some other words you can use for expressing your tiredness are exhausted, drained. These two words are great ways off, showing extreme tiredness In the comments below.
