Misty Copeland.

Like most ballerinas, she has studied extensively to master her craft.

Her dream is to become principal dancer, the highest ranking ballet.

Well, to answer this, we would have to travel back to the beginning of ballet.

Ballet originated in Italy during the Renaissance period.

After dancing for 16 years, Misty's dream comes true.
