Thebrainislike a biologicalinterface, betweenthephysicalandthenonphysical. It's a tool a lotlike a computer. It's notyouandthat's notwhatitisthatthinks. Itʼs whatistranslatingthoughttotherestofthebody.
So, youwouldpullbackoutthroughthatandyouwouldexperienceitinsplitseconds. Samewhenitcomestodreaming. Whenyoucomeoutof a dream, backtoreality, thedreamisbeingdownloadedinsplitsecondsasyoupassthroughthethoughtform, thefourthand fifthdimensionofreality.
So, goodexampleis: I willjustuse a personalexample. For a longtime I wasreallyreallyafraidofwhalesand I couldn't reallyfigureoutwhythatwasuntil I wentoutofbody, and I hadthisexperiencewhere I askedmyself "toshowme" therepresentationofmyfears.
And I wasinstantlytransportedtothistheaquariumwhere I wasinthewaterwiththiswhalewhokeptrammingagainstthesideofthepoolitwasenclosedin.
And I had a thoughtform, I askedforunderstanding, whichisyetagainthat's a goodwaythatyoucandirectyourout-of-bodyexperiences, isbyaskingforthingsintermsofintention. So, I said: "I nowexperienceunderstandingastowhat I'm lookingat."
Andthisthoughtformthen, a spiritguidebasically, cameupbehindmeandexplainedthatwhat I hadcreated, inmymind, asthethesymbolicrepresentationofmyshadowside, allthosethingsthat I wasrunningawayfrommychildhood, turnedout, was a whale.
Sothewhaleitself, which I hadruninto, inout-of-body, wastherepresentationofmychildhoodfearsthathadamassedandthat I wasavoiding. Andthesize, asyoucanimagine, a whaleisveryhugeinsize, hadrelatedtojusthowbigmymindthoughtallthatwas.
Your firmintention, yourcommitmentyouropennessandpractice, coupledwithshiftingyourthoughtstoreflectthemostbeneficialbeliefsrelativetoout-of-bodyexperience, isreallythekeytodoingthissuccessfully.
Inmyexperience, thewindowofopportunityisincrediblysmallandsopeoplewhoarebeginning, it's bettertopick a timewhenyouarenotgoingtotransitionintosleepreallyquick, whenyouarenottiredandinsteadwhenyoucanfocuswithoutbeingdisturbedinto a verydeepstateofstillness, a lotlikemeditation.
I tendtochoseearlymorningquite a bit. So first, wearegoingtotalkaboutthevibrationalstageinanout-of-bodyexperience. Ingeneral, peopleagreethattherearefourbasicstagestoanout-of-bodyexperience.

Soasthethoughtcomesupyouletitjustkeepgoingbyyoulike a clouddriftinginthesky. Gradually, therewillbelessandlessofthem.
Andthespacesbetweencloudsisgoingtobecomemoreandmore, meaningthatyourmindisreaching a stateofstillness. Oncethespacebetweenthecloudsismostlyallthatthereis, youwanttosetyourintention, suchas: "I amconsciouslyawareduringtheentireout-of-bodyexperience." "I amnowout-of-body."

Sokeepyourminddirectedawayfromthebody! Nowyouwanttocreateanotherintentionlike: "I nowseparateor I nowmovetothedoor." Youcanalsoaskforassistancefromyourguidetohelpyouseparate.

You'llseeitquiteoften. You'llseeitevenwhenyouexperienceotherpeopleinthefourthdimension. I thinkit's quitebeautiful. Itʼs a lotlikeseeinganumbilicalcordforthe firsttime. Youarekindofunpreparedforhowbeautifulthecolorsandtexturesandtranslucentofitis.
Sodecidewhatyouwishtoexperienceatthispointandvisualizethat .Soyoucandothismaybebysaying: "I nowexperiencethelivingroom."
Onceyourexplorationshassatisfiedwhatyouarelookingfor, you'rereadyforthereturningphase. A lotoftimesthisisnotreally a consciousthing. It's almostlikeyourenergyself , yourtrueeternalhigherselfdecideswhentheout-of-bodyexperienceisdone.
But, ifnot, youcanfocusbackonthebody. Orelseifyougetintothemuchhigherdimensions, youcansettheintentiontoreturntophysicalexperience. Sojustsay: "That I nowreturntophysicalexperience."
Andafter a while, thiswillbe a sensationwhichisnotsuperjarring. Butinthe first, I wouldsaypotentially, a yearformostpeople, thatexperienceofcomingbacktothebodyisquitejarring.
You'llfeelpotentiallylikeyouarefallingstraightintoyourself. It's a realjolt, becausethefrequencyatwhichyouareshiftingissoquickthatyourbodyhasn't reallylearnedtolandtheplane.
