Three things that any individual

can do to live a more sustainable

and conscious lifestyle is, first and foremost,

choosing to refuse single-use plastic,

and if you have to use single-use plastic,

'cause sometimes there really aren't any other options,

choosing to reuse that object for as many times as possible

before you recycle it, or it ends up in landfill.

A second thing you can do is choosing to shop

from brands that are prioritizing using recycled materials

in their design process

and are transparent about their supply chain.

A third thing you can do is buying things

that you absolutely love and using them

for as long as possible.

One of the most important things we can do

is just extend the lifespan of products

that we already love and use.

It's really important that we create sustainable solutions,

specifically for products that we use regularly.

So we are able to create more impact

by designing with sustainability in mind.

We need to create sustainable solutions,

so that we can actually have a future environment.
