Dutch police are cracking down on distracted drivers.
They're testing new traffic cameras, which can spot motorists using their phones while driving on, then find them.
The software comes from Australian company One Task, where Alex McCready is the director.
The camera takes the takes images of every vehicle that passes, and then the computer analyzes those images.
Thio work out which one's the drivers holding the phone, and if the driver is not holding, the phone gets deleted immediately on if it is holding.
If the driver is holding the phone or interacting with their phone, then it sent through to the police to review a final final manual check by unauthorized officer before a fine is sent out.

The cameras are infrared, which means drivers will not see a flash, and it doesn't detect the face of the driver.
