The couple, known officially as the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, will produce and host podcasts, starting with the holiday special that will be released this month.

That's according to Spotify, announcing on Tuesday that Harry and Megan's newly-formed production company, Arch Well Audio, will create podcasts free for Spotify's users.

Financial terms for the multiyear deal were not disclosed.

Harry and Megan's podcasting project is their latest move in making a living outside of the royal family, which they stepped back from in January.

The couple in September signed a multiyear production deal for TV programming with Netflix, but podcasts are very different.

In a joint statement, the couple said.

What we love about podcasting is that it reminds all of us to take a moment and to really listen, to connect to one another without distraction.

With the challenges of 2020, there has never been a more important time to do so.
