  • E decided to move home in the spring as the pandemic was ranging in us.

  • It let me be closer to family during this trying time and save a bit of money.

  • But it's not always the easy choice to make.

  • When I first came home, I was saying to my parents, I'm getting an apartment in New York immediately.

  • It took me a while.

  • The fact that that's what I wanted to do just because it's my senior year.

  • So I was like, Oh, e could just push it, push it out and kind of have fun in my last year.

  • Or I could just come back and feel just more comfortable at home, t o get out of the military and start over from scratch.

  • That was a lot easier going through a master's program and getting a diploma and then having to move in with parents that stunned a lot more.

  • Yeah, they've expected that it will be a few years e e way love their company.

  • They've been very, very supportive of both of us.

  • But at the same time, we both want to stake our own place in the world for close to like six years.

  • I've barely been home.

  • It has been nice.

  • To get a chance to save up some money on and feel like I can plan more comfortably for the future.

  • Year has been a chance for us to kind of, like update our understandings of each other and get closer to each other again.
