Amazingly,

some still believe the more you press

the faster you'll get there

There are some who stand too close for comfort

And some who are so shy

and stand so far away

They make you wonder

Is there something wrong with me?

Of course

there are those who clearly should not be allowed near lifts

Why?

There are those who fart

and pretend that they didn't

Then those who lie about it

and those who get blamed

There are the ones who wear too much perfume

and the ones who wear too much cologne

Very rarely,

there might be some that make you feel

like this will be the last lift

you will ever take

And some that make you feel like maybe

You'll just wait for the next lift
