That was like the aftermath. Um, and kind of how you how you got back to this point, How you felt comfortable to play tonight? I mean, everybody see what happened already, But, I mean, after after that, I got some stitches on, uh, you know, live with swollen jaw, little swollen stitches inside my mouth and on the outside. Um, just basically, just waiting to see if, uh, wait for me to be able to talk. Really, Uh, open my mouth was the key determined to come back and also having something that could, uh, protect me, protect the injury while them out there playing. You know, those are just the thoughts of me coming back. Have you ever had to play in a protective mask before? Do you feel like that? Hindered you it all Anyway, your vision or anything. My eyes are pretty much open, but, I mean, it's a difference when you have someone your face playing. You definitely know. Notice it. Um Well, no, I just tried to just, you know, do the best I cut out there. Didn't want to be a distraction to my teammates as far as my play. So to try to bring energy and effort, it's, we'll go over the home. Hey, good to see you back. Um, I was wondering, what did you see from how you guys played on Sunday? To all of a sudden, this turnaround of blowing teams out the last two games and how great you guys played today moving the ball, The passing seemed really sharp and crisp. Sunday's game it was it was terrible. Uh, there was nobody talking. Nobody was running back on defense. Nobody dropped. Uh, you know, I tried to get to the paint at all. Um, you know, they just played terrible, terrible basketball and, you know, Delhi's came out ready and, you know, they did their job. You know, the effort showed that night. That's how we lost by 50. And, you know, the last two games came out with effort a little slow. The last came to starters, came out slow or bench brought our energy and, you know, just from there, they picked it up pretty much tonight we tried toe Come out in. Um you know, bring that energy intensity and just communicate Share the ball and way end up getting the win in the last two games. Thanks, Squad. We'll go over the mirror. Hey, Coy e. First of all, did your teammates give you a hard time at all about the mask? And then also, Tyler said that you kind of had to get your wind back a little bit after missing some games that Did you feel that out there? E. I mean, it's hard to breathe in that man s so hopefully this could help me out in the future. But I mean, yeah, I mean, I get a you know, they start calling me Leatherface and stuff, but, um, search can't talk too much. We got him on the trading block right now. So whoever wants him, let us know, is we're trying to trace surge right on. We'll go over to Joe Barton. Mhm. A leather face. Um, you, uh you mentioned that you were waiting for almost, like, waiting for this mass to come thio for them to find something to protect your face. Um, were they It was actually a case of them having to make this new mask. Like, I've never personally seen one quite like that before. Yeah, just where the injury is it it's a little difficult. You know, some guys have cheap, you know, fractures are they break their nose and and minds is really, like trying to protect stitches. Um, you know, from getting hit and ribs. Uh, so it's a different scenarios. You know, you're trying to protect the lips and my job, my cheek and, uh, you know, it is hard to do, Uh, and that's that's what I'm saying. It's pretty. It's kind of hard to breathe because you can't really expose my mouth so much. You have to bring it out and then put a hole in. But it is the whole process to it. Uh, you know, we're still trying to work on some better, but worked out pretty well tonight. Might have to get a mouthpiece or something. How long do you think you'll have to wear it or wear something? Uh, to my stitches? Still pretty much, you know, it was holding in my in the bottom of my lip on the side of my jaw under the lip. So you know when when they pretty much hell up and I'm able to take him out, it looks doable, you know, to play. And that's when it will come off. Yeah, Yeah. I just got to keep going from here. Pretty much. Yeah, We'll go over there far, Bob. Hey, Quite happy. Early New Year. Um, last season you talked about the team and, you know, raising their i Q. And that so far this season, in the Four Winds, you guys have averaged 29 assists and won by an average of 27 points. How pleased are you with what you've seen, despite it being so e? I mean, I'm happy, but it's not like using all the budgets passing the bar. You know, it's about understanding time score, game passing that is involved in it. But, you know, I'm just happy that everybody is, uh, you know, you know, making a conscious effort, you know, want to do better. I'm thinking the game or giving effort, giving praise throughout the whole game, and we were down already. You know, those things we need. Like I said, I wanna be a better basketball team. Uh, in those aspects of sharing. I'm enjoying playing the game with with one another. We're going to tell Mayor. Hey, Cho, I, uh, with this being the end of the year now, 2020. All things considered, how much has everything you guys have gone through allowed you to play with more joy and maybe not take this game for granted so much? Um, I mean, you had everything that, uh, everyone's going through in the world with this pandemic. You know, Luke, losing loved ones, uh, puts a perspective on life. You know, we're only here so long in life in general, goes by fast, and even playing in this league goes by even sooner. So you can't be stressing on the floor. You have to really enjoy these moments because either down by 20 or by 20 in the game, you know, this is this is the most fun you're gonna have in basketball. You know, our careers don't go to her 60. So some of us were gonna be done at 40 years old. So you just gotta enjoy this moment. I believe you know that's it. pretty much how much emphasis do you guys put on joy considering whether you're up 20 or down 20? How important is that in the game? I just think it's important in life in general, but it's not a big emphasis for us. Uh, you know, we're just having fun out there just playing the game, you know, knowing your spots, you know, shooting the ball. You know, it's hard to explain. Just gotta be be there. We're all just living in the morning. Only pretty much thanks. And we have time for one more will go to Shayna. He said you'll tried some drops and switches. And, uh, Blitzen is that something that you also agree that it's important against those dynamic shooters to give him multiple looks throughout a game and not let him get comfortable? Yeah, with him for sure. You know, he just he just shoot the ball from half court very comfortably. Hey, just he could score the ball very well. You know, uh, you know, he put a lot of hard work into his talent. You know, whoever you're playing, great, you have to mix up your coverages. You know, everybody is too good in these days of age, and, you know, you can't just give a great clear one look all game, but gonna figure it out there in a jam. Enough Teoh. You know, toe attack, that song, mixing it up, making guys think, you know, we just put two guys on a pretty much So isn't it. He trusts his teammates. He passed the ball, He made the right place. I think he missed some easy ones tonight as well. Open ones. But I'm just happy that we're aggressive. Thanks for watching ESPN on YouTube for live streaming sports and premium content.
