  • listening to talk about what your podcast is all about.

  • And you obviously have so much passion for health.

  • Uh, physically, mentally.

  • And some of the things you were saying made me think that this sounds like Tom Brady.

  • Like you have a lot of similar theories and approaches to your overall health.

  • And I know you're this big Tom Brady fan.

  • We have seen it all over the magazine.

  • I've seen you at Gillette Stadium before.

  • Can you please tell me how did this relationship with Tom Brady even start for you?

  • He's my quarterback.

  • Hello?

  • First of all, I went to his very first Super Bowl win against the Rams, and I'll never forget my producer for Channel one.

  • News at the time gave me a tape.

  • He's like, You don't have a crew, but you got to get on the field somehow and you got to get a stand up on the field.

  • And so the Patriots win.

  • I'm at this, like, epic moment in the Patriots.

  • You know, team history.

  • My husband's like wanting to kill me is like, how come you're the one who gets to be there?

  • Um, and I marched onto that field during 9 11.

  • Security, Um, just got on their barreled in like I belonged, and I got right up to Tom.

  • I got the stand up I needed.

  • I got a camera crew to give me their camera, and then I got him to sign my jersey.

  • And then ever since then, I would go to media days and I would just be waving and saying hello to him, and he would always pick me first.

  • And I just have so much respect for him and for the team and what they've done for New England and for football.

  • And he's an incredible gentleman.

  • And I love Giselle and I just think his family so beautiful.

  • He was amazing.

  • Look at what he did for us.

  • Mm.

  • Look, your courage is amazing to get on the field.

  • I've done that before.

  • And by the way, with that New England organization getting close to him, it is probably easier to get to the president.

  • It seriously is.

  • So the fact that you were able to get on in there just add the many characteristics about you that makes you so wonderful.

  • But here's the thing.

  • He leaves New England.

  • Okay, we know you're a Patriots fan.

  • So for you knowing that you love Tom.

  • What was your what went through your mind when you heard like Oh, my gosh, this is really he's going to Tampa Bay.

  • Well, I was chatting with him at Super Bowl last year.

  • Yeah, this past year before the e.

  • Is that a party?

  • Is that a party with him?

  • And I'm like, All right, listen, like I bee lined it to him the second I saw him.

  • I'm like, we gotta talk.

  • I know being like courted is exciting because you've never been courted, But you got to stay with us.

  • And I gave him a list of reasons why.

  • And I said, well, get, you know, craft to pony up.

  • And he will, you know, he'll back up the brink's truck for you, and we're just gonna make it happen.

  • And you're gonna finish out your career here.

  • And he looked at him.

  • He started laughing.

  • And he's like, Do you want to do my agent?

  • I'm like, Yeah, I'll do it.

  • Like whatever we have to do to keep you off course, they didn't work out for us, but I have been cheering him on from afar.

  • Obviously, I'll always be a Tom Brady fan and listen, he's made it into, um, you know, this next round into the playoffs.

  • And so I'm happy for him and Gronk, and I think it would be amazing to see them go all the way since, right.

  • So, knowing that the Patriots haven't had the best season right first, have you?

  • Have you been dealing with that?

  • I feel like Patriot fans.

  • You guys are still used.

  • The winning and that was it.

  • Like not to win.

  • It's not gonna lie.

  • It's not fun.

  • It's not fun not winning when you're used to two decades of just winning, winning, winning.

  • So, um, you know, I feel like I wish I could have a session with Cam because I think Cam came out with so much energy and so much passion and enthusiasm and, of course, skill to back it up.

  • Um, and then he got co vid and things just kind of spiraled, and it was not.

  • He wasn't able to get his kind of mojo back.

  • Um, and I think for him he's more of, Ah, there's there's some stuff for him that's more emotional in this game that hey might get down on himself a little more.

  • I don't know.

  • He's I think he's an incredible player, and I think it just kind of it turned out not as great for him because of the circumstances.

  • But I still believe in him, and I think I obviously still believe in the Patriots.

  • It was just one of those seasons.

  • I think he would be a really good guest for you to on your podcast, just to pick his brain about what that was like to go through, you know, going from where he went in Carolina to signing a pretty cheap deal to play for New England, and then they up and down this, and I think it would be really insightful.

  • So we'll compete to get the big interview.

  • Maria, you're gonna kick my butt.

  • Just I can tell you that much.

  • With all we should see.

  • Teamwork do.

  • It is a duo, but I love that.

  • You try to convince Tom Brady like you're telling him, like don't worry, I'll tell Kraft well, rolling at the Brinks truck like you have all the contacts, you're like an NFL insider.

  • Watch out, Adam Schefter because Maria Menounos she's gonna sign all the star players to New England so they could win another Super Bowl.

  • So So now, knowing your Tom Brady fan, he's going to the playoffs here.

  • Something I didn't predict.

  • But they are.

  • So you had a root for him?

  • Pretty much, uh, the bucks sort of your postseason play now that New England's I did it?

  • Yeah.

  • If New England isn't in which, obviously we're not think I'm gonna choose cheer for Tom.

  • Like I always said from the beginning of the season, always going to cheer for Tom.

  • I'm not going thio ever be a Tampa fan?

  • I'm gonna be a Patriots fan for life, but I will cheer for him like I did for Ray Bork when Ray Bork left the Boston Bruins back in the day.

  • Thio win his Stanley Cup.

  • Like you know, they're just some people that give their all to their city that you always will support.

  • And Tom's one of them.

  • Yeah, All right, well, your loyalty is obviously very admirable to both Tom Brady and the Patriots.

  • It seems like that's not a ship you're gonna jump off.

  • Ever.

  • Um, so tonight Marie.

  • It's so weird.

  • I was in Buffalo when the bills locked up the division.

  • Uh, and I mean, it was such a strange experience, one because Bill's Mafia wasn't there, but also just to say, for the first time in 11 years, the New England Patriots aren't the chance of the division, you know?

  • So now here we are tonight, where?

  • Here we are tonight, where it's, you know, this normally would be a pretty, I think, a pretty competitive game.

  • But knowing that, you know, knowing this out and and E, do you hate the bills or you kind of interested.

  • But what's your vibe on them?

  • Um, I don't hate them.

  • I mean, listen, I think the game we met them at earlier in the season If Cam didn't fumble, I'm pretty sure he fumbled.

  • We might have even won that game, so I think we're gonna have a pretty competitive game tonight, despite what might people people might believe.

  • And, you know, I think that these last few games are always an opportunity for Belichick to try new things and to see what's going Thio transpire in the off season and what they're going to do next year s.

  • Oh, I You know, I think it's gonna be a little bit of a competitive team.

  • I hope we'll see.

  • Are you going to give the bills of the patriots the wind tonight?

  • Give me a prediction.

  • Patriots.

  • Ah, si Ah.

  • Home or all the way through it all.

  • No matter what, she sticks with her people.

  • I feel like I really let the world down because I was trying to find something to say to be funny because people laugh at me because I snort when I laugh.

  • And I know that your life is always a little different and people like to pick on you for it.

  • I don't think they should pick on you for it.

  • I think it's amazing.

  • I love your laugh, Andi, I feel like I didn't do enough to really bring it out on you.

  • But for those watching you, all you gotta do is C e.
