The U A E and Egypt are across purposes with Qatar in Libya and over the Muslim Brotherhood. All the states are US allies. Qatar hosts the region's largest U. S military base. Bahrain is home to the US Navy's fifth Fleet on Saudi Arabia and the host US troops. Guitar says the boycott aims to curve its sovereignty.
