I know they traded away the 1st and 2nd picks they have in this coming year's draft, but the Houston Texans have DeShaun Watson, and no one else does.

So to me.

For that reason and that reason alone, the Texans have the most desirable coaching vacancy of any of the teams that are currently looking for head coaches.

And that's where I would go if I were a coach with options.

Because at the end of the day to Shawn Watson is a superstar quarterback, and that's the hardest thing in the world to find.

That's what I think, Jeff.

General Manager has done a fantastic job of building this roster.

And you saw a quarterback in the making with Justin Herman.

He's been called Michael Jordan.

All those things but greeny, man, you are swayed too easy with the with the golden tongue, man.

We gotta get the hold You back in.

Maybe too many speeches are changing your mind.

Shawn Watson was 88% of the Texans offenses here by the way, which is the most by any individual player in NFL history.

I'm not gonna tell Jeffy crazy.

I'm going to agree with Jeff, obviously, because he already told you you way up there in the clouds.

It's the charges for me as well, and and there's a lot of things that Jeff said.

But even even this, um, look, this is the cast.

No aspersions on this Shawn Watson.

We all know the Shawn Watson is that dude like top five quarterback in the league top three.

You could argue he's in the top two this year outside of my homes and Aaron Rodgers and the numbers they putting up.

But if you look at the Shawn Watson, he right there except for touchdown.

But when you think about the Los Angeles charges, first of all, this team is not far removed from going to the playoffs.

This team is not far removed from if they get everybody healthy.

Like Jeff said, this team could be the one of the most dangerous teams in the league next year.

With everybody back, Bosa was injured.

We forget about Medford Ingram.

We forget about darling James.

Like all of those dudes just mentioned.

And not to mention this Jeff, it's L A.

It is L.

A.

Like it is the opportunity to go Thio l.

A coach for the charges.

Win games have a lot of success with a young nucleus that you have, and you could win for a long time.

So it's even trajectory going forward.

This team could be good for a long time.

Well, let me say this very quickly about the piece of this you could be.

If you're the coach of the charges, you could have that rarest of rarities, which is to be a famous person in Los Angeles and have total anonymity because no one there cares.

No one there is paying any attention to what you want to play in an empty stadium.

That's your choice.

But that's not even the point I would make about the Chargers.

You know what the charges aren't going to do for the next 10 years?

Win the A F C.

West because Patrick Mahomes is about toe have a Brady esque run in the A F C West, so he's gonna have that division on lock down forever.

the A F C South is the division where you wanna go, Coach Graziano, I think you're shaking or nodding your head.

Well, look, you and I are in agreement on to Shawn Watson.

I mean, the year he just had is gonna be underappreciated because they didn't win enough games.

But, you know, there are There are issues in Houston and you underline some of them.

There are issues with the Chargers.

You know that that team has not had consistent success.

Look the most desirable jobs.

They're like Seattle, where in Kansas City, those don't come open because they're successful.

Well, run organizations.

So whatever job you take is gonna have wards.

But I think when you look at Houston, when you look at the draft pick situation, not having a 1st and 2nd round pick all of these situations are rebuilds.

To some extent.

In Houston, you have fewer tools to rebuild around Watson.

Then you might have in Jacksonville to build around Trevor Lawrence or with the charges to build around Justin Herbert.

And that's why those jobs are more appealing to potential coach candidates.

Okay, we will see again.

Jackson goes the one everyone keeps pointing to because of all the cap space they have.

And I will just say this.

We've seen a lot of teams that have a lot of cap space, and two years later they still stink.

It's one thing to have all that money.

It's another thing to spend it in the right places.
