I've been making videos where I try on clothing that I've gotten online and

comparing them to the photos to see if they look the same or if they're different.

A lot of you guys found these videos helpful and asked me to try out other online stores.

So in today's video, I'm going to be trying out clothes

I have received from Wish. I found out about Wish a couple of months ago actually because I saw that ads everywhere on Facebook.

I decided to check out the store and I was quite

surprised at the quality of the items because, of course,

they looked really nice in the photos and the price was really cheap.

But of course for most of these stores, they actually don't take their own photos,

they take photos from other websites or more expensive brands, and then they kind of copy that item. So sometimes the item looks similar

but sometimes it looks completely different.

So in today's video

I'm going to be trying on all the clothes that I bought from Wish and I'm going to be comparing them by showing you guys

the original photos as well, so you guys can see if they look the same or not.

Summer is coming for a lot of you guys. Now even though it is going on to winter in Australia,

I am going to be doing some traveling during that time period,

where I'm going to countries where it's summer.

So I thought it would be a good chance for me to pick up some new summer clothes to wear. All the items I have

chosen to buy are very affordable there or under $20, when I try on the items

I'm also going to be telling you guys the price. As always, if you guys are new to this channel

bell, so you won't miss another video from me. Let's start the video! First item is this striped long-sleeve dress

Now this one was $14. On the Wish website however, it says that it was originally

$99, which I don't believe at all because there's no way this dress could cost $99.

So I guess on the website, on every single item they have the original price which is an outrageous price

So it makes it look like you're buying something that's worth a lot more than it actually is.

But anyway, I've got this one in a size small and the fit is actually quite good

I have tried to roll up the sleeves like the model has

but it's actually a little bit tight. So I can't really roll it up that much. Comparing this to the photo,

it does look very similar to the photo. There are a few differences. First off, in one of the photos the model

looks like she's got her hands in a pocket on the dress, but there are no pockets in the dress whatsoever. Also in the photo

It looks like on the dress

there is a little um, hook to hold this little piece of material on,

but on the one I've got it doesn't have that, which is a little annoying because I find that with these dresses or outfits

I always tend to lose his piece of material,

so if they had that hook on there, then I can always put it on my dress and tie it up so

I don't lose it. Now a few things about this dress,

I don't know if it's the way it's made or the material, but when I bend a little bit

I feel like the button part kind of opens up a little bit, which is not what you want,

so if I was to wear this dress outside

I will probably have to wear a tank top inside.

Another issue I have with this dress is that I don't know if you can see on camera and I really hope that you can't

But in person I can kind of see it, but the material is a little bit see-through.

So definitely if you wear this,

you have to wear like a long tank top inside to try and cover all that

The material used is very soft and comfortable, so it feels okay. Now, I am short so I'm

155 cm. for reference and the dress is too long for me because it touches the floor.

Let me get my piano stool again and show you guys what the length is like.

Alright, I'm gonna step on this again.

So as you can see, it does touch the floor. If I was to wear heels.

it would be maybe like this, so it's still a little bit too long. But I guess a way to fix it

is that if you do this; pull the dress up

along the belt it does help fix that issue. But anyway, I quite like this dress,

it's perfect for summer because it's nice and flowy; very comfortable to wear as well. Next

I got this top and maxi dress set. And this one was $15. On the website, it says originally this one was $27

so that's a little bit more believable. Looking at the photo for this outfit

it looks like it's kind of meant to be quite fitted. However, when I tried this on um, it's not fitted at all because look guys.

Now for size references, I'm usually like a size 4 to 6 Australian,

which is I believe a size 0 to 2 in the US. So I am really small, so I got this one in a size

XS. First off the top, it was actually a small size not an XS, but I feel that the top fits

okay, so that's not an issue. The issue I have is the skirt.

Now the skirt doesn't have a size on it at all. And it has a lot of elastic at the back.

So what I think the store has done, is that they make the tops in different sizes and they just have one size

for the skirt and they put it into every single order.

This skirt does expand a lot when you pull it, which is good in a way because it does fit a lot of sizes.

However on me I just don't think it looks good because look at how loose it is.

And I did order an XS, so I kind of expected them to make these in XS. Material wise,

I feel like the skirt is quite decent material, it's quite nice

(Gasps)

It's got pockets! Oh, wow. Okay, I like this now.

I love it when stuff has pockets.

But the problem with this skirt is that because it's not tight-fitting on me,

if I do put stuff inside my pockets the skirt is just gonna fall down which is not good. For the top,

you can tell it's really cheap material. So it's not great quality at all,

but you know, I kind of like this skirt,

so maybe I might get the skirt altered, to perhaps fit me better. Next

I got this creamy dress and this one was $11, on the website

it says that it was originally $80, which once again,

I don't really believe it's worth

$80. First impressions when I put on this dress, as soon as I put it on I was like "Oh, no".

I ran to my room and put on some safety shorts because guys, this material, once again is see-through.

With the safety shots on I feel like this dress is quite nice. It's great for and night out.

I've got this one in a size small and in a cream color. Now,

this dress does come in a lot of different colors, but what I realized on the website

Is that the colors that they showed they pretty much took one photo and photoshopped the colors onto the same photo.

I guess it does look quite similar to the photo, just a little bit more lighter in person.

I think this dress is perfect for summer because it is quite flowy. At the back though, it is quite open,

just so that you guys know, but you can see that in the photo

it is open anyways, but overall actually liked this dress and I can definitely see myself wearing this. Next

I got this white top and pink skirt set. This one was $12 and originally it was

$44. Now, I actually can't take my hands off the top because it is so big guys,

if I pull at the top its, yeah, huge on me and I bought this in a size small

so I was kind of expecting it to fit a little bit better. Now the way this top works

is that at the back it zips up and then you just got this flowy material

that just comes over the top. But the thing is that the flowy material is more heavy than the actual top itself,

so it doesn't actually stay on unless if it's tight-fitting. Comparing this to the photo, it does not look like a photo at all. So,

let me explain. In the photo, you can see that the flappy part here,

the one I've got is very soft and flowy and long, in the photo, it doesn't look long

it looks quite short and the material kind of sticks out a bit.

It looks like the material has some shape to it.

The skirt also looks different because, in the photo the material looks completely different and the color is also different as well.

So unfortunately this item, I don't like it and I don't see myself wearing this because, I can't walk around all day like this. (Laughs)

Next I've got this pink jumpsuit and this one was $11, and originally it was

$99. I got this one in a size small and uh, yeah, it doesn't fit so I have to hold it together,

otherwise things are gonna be popping out.

Another thing is that, you can definitely see in the camera, because I can see in the live view, it is so see-through guys!

You can see my safety shorts underneath. The main issue I have with this jump suit, so the colors are photoshopped on, which okay,

it's photoshopped, but the material is completely different. Also, in the photo

there is some detail that is missing. So definitely this is just a cheap copy of the photo.

I can definitely tell that I am not going to be wearing this at all. (Laughs)

Next I got this floral blue jumpsuit.

This one was $13 and originally it was $32. Comparing this to the photo

it looks different, the colors look different, flowers look different, the style looks different,

the material is definitely different. If you compare the material, the material in the photo looks good quality,

it looks opaque, this one, once again, I feel like almost every single item I've got on wish, they're like the same material.

It's see-through,

it's thin, but also with this jumpsuit, you have to wear shorts, because guys, I'm wearing shorts now and

this would fly up so easily.

Overall, I don't think this item is that bad, because it still looks okay, just comparing to the photo doesn't look the same but,

I think I can still wear this out when I go out on a casual day in summer. Next I got this dress.

It looks like a two-piece but it is actually attached to each other.

This one was $12, but on the website it says it was originally

$258, which is impossible to believe. But anyway, I've got this dress in a size XXS and to be honest,

I don't think it is XXS because, if it was, it would fit very tightly

or it would be too tight.

I just decided to get the XXS just so I can

try out all the sizes and usually, on clothing websites, the smallest size is still too big for me

so I always go for the smallest size they have available to see how it is.

So yeah, even though it's XXS, I feel like it's more of like a size small.

I think the skirt part looks ok. There is some lining inside, but you can just tell that it's done quite cheap,

but I don't think it's much of an issue because it's a very flowy type of dress anyway, and the lining does help,

so it's not see-through for once. The top part I feel is what makes it different to the photo.

So in the photo with the model, it looks like the top part has a little bit more support.

Uh, the one I've got looks like there's no support at all. It is very flimsy;

I feel like if you wear this dress you definitely need to use double sided tape

because this will not stay, it will move around all day.

I feel like it is a cute dress and I can see myself wearing this in the summer,

especially at the beach. Next I got this long maxi dress. This was $11 and

originally, it was $88. Alright, so I guess you guys can see the problem to this already. Comparing this to the photo,

I was kind of expecting to receive a bohemian style of dress,

but this is like some chiffon material that, you know, it's just so see-through.

I don't know what they were thinking at least put some lining inside, so it's not see-through.

I just thought this is something that you can't really wear because, okay,

the top part is fine because my bra is a light colored bra, but the bottom part. Yeah, it's just so see-through

unless, if you wear some white pant underneath, but that's besides the point. The material is so different.

I'm very disappointed in this item and it's just really bad quality because look, there's all these threads coming out of the item.

Um, It's falling apart already

Ah, Ok

So I guess they did line the dress,

but they use the same material to line the dress. Using see-through material to line a dress, to make it not see-through

doesn't really make sense to me. The bottom part of the dress looks different as well,

like you can tell that they tried to make it similar to the photo

but, you can't do that if you've got completely different materials. So yeah, I'm not really happy with this one

Sorry to say. Next I got this long maxi skirt. This one was $10 and originally it was

$73. Now this skirt, when I just put it on, I feel like when I wear this outside

I'll be a bit nervous, because it can fall off very easily. So this skirt, let me show you how its held together.

It's just like a wrap skirt, which is tied along the side.

But I feel like it's not safe enough, because the ribbon can get undone very easily,

also, once again, it is a bit see-through,

but I think you guys are used to it by now, because literally every single item I've shown you guys in this video is

see-through.

I don't think I would wear this out, just because I think that the ribbon can get undone too easily,

but I think this is a great item to wear at the beach on top of your bathers. Next

I got this skirt for $11 and originally it was $98.
