- Cliff spends most of his free time playing video games.

He cheated in our marriage.

Going off of what I know so far,

I feel like this family's got a long way to go.

How often do all of you guys do something

as a group together?

- Yeah, we don't do stuff together often.

- Just makes my problems seem really minute.

There's people out there that are really going

through some stuff.

- So what is the expectations I guess

with me having to wrestle.

- Expectations are we're about to see

how tough you really are.

- I don't wanna be thrown around a ring.

- Oh boy, I'm in trouble.

- It's pretty normal that our dad will be off

playing basketball today.

- Yeah I wish he was around more.

- How would you like it if your dad was

involved in the dance battle?

- Daddy does not like dance battles.

- I don't think he would've done a dance battle.

- Yeah.

- It's just us.

- I think Clifton, I think he's just

in a comfort zone right now

and it's just kind of by this time.

I definitely have my work cut out for me

to help Candace out.

What if you spent less time playing your video game

and more time trying to connect with your family

just making an effort?

- Oh man, that's a tough one.

- I am definitely looking forward to the rule changes

after yesterday.

We are done with the gym.

She told me I wasn't allowed to go to the gym today,

but I'm sneakin' out this morning.

- New rule, we are all gonna start spending

more quality time together.

Today's been a really good day to see

more interaction between Cliff and his girls.

And the girls' faces just lit up with excitement and joy

just being around their dad.

- Do you like spending more time with your friends

except for us?

- I do not like spending more time with my friends

than you guys.

I just chose to spend more time with my friends

than you guys.

I regret it and I wanna do better.

I think that was a difficult thing for me to do

was hearing all the things that my kids felt about me.

How I wasn't actually a part of the things

that they love to do and spend time with them.

So my takeaway would be to enjoy every minute

that I have with my kids.

- I enjoyed the Wife Swap experience.

It was fun, you know?

- If I had to sum it up overall,

I wouldn't say that it was like fun.

I was not at home, in a house with other people

that I don't know doing stuff that I don't wanna do.

I'd rather go home.

When I get home, first thing I'm doing

is running some bath water and soakin',

because my body still hurts.
