I want to compliment you on something because you you are Australian, as the people at home can hear. But my wife and I are both from the South, and we've got a really here for Southern accents. Even Americans doing Southern accents often shank it. And just to kind of a vague somewhere south of the Mason Dixon line Accent, you really have Clarissa's West Virginia accent down. How did you do that? I mean, obviously being talented. But what was what was what was what was the challenge there? Well uhh. I mean, the truth is, I've got a bit of a musical ear, so I just do the old listening to repeat. Um, but you wanna know my trick? You want to know how? Like, if I'm having a tricky day and I really need to get into the accent? I woke around and I just say to myself, Dr Lecter, Dr Lecter, Dr Lecter, you just say, Dr Lecter enough times and it comes that even you could probably you could do it for sure. Do you want to try? Sure. So, Dr Lecter, Dr Lecter. See? Wow. That's what I can I can I can hear the screaming of the lambs right now. Isn't it horrible? Um, yeah. So you, Dr Lecter, if you want to add to your doctor Lecter, I'm Clarice Starling, and you just add the end onto it and then boom, you know, Al Collection Accent. This is easy. Is that well? Did you did you have? Did you not tell you my secret? Well, you're already got. You already got the part, kid. You don't have to worry. Nobody's after your back. Did you have a backup plan? Was Was there fallback position or is this it? No, I absolutely. I mean, at first I wanted to be an actress, and then I want to be a musician. And then I wanted to play soccer for Australia, and then I wanted to be a musical therapist. And then I write Children's books. And then I also studied nutrition because I'm a big biology nerd, and it just I just love it. So yeah, I just I just went with what I was passionate about, so I just kind of followed roads that I love and see which things work out. Right now you study nutrition. Are you? Do you eat well? I dio What's your cheat? Oh, I have British parents and I cannot. I cannot like everyone like I quit sugar. I can't because I need a cup of tea and a biscuit like that. So and And I'm sorry for people who think biscuits or like these scone scorn, we could say scorn, scorn, kind of structures For me, it's like a cookie. Like I need to dunk a digestive, digestive, biscuit, digestive. Maybe one side is chocolate. Okay. Do you do dark chocolate of milk? Chocolate? Digestive, though. Milk? Yes. See, we can have cups of tea and milk. Chocolate, did you? It's done. It's done. I learned it from my wife. Did you? She's an Anglophile. She's an Anglophile. And we have digestive biscuits at our house. Yeah, I always I always have the one. And then I have to back up, Ready to switch out when I've finished all that. You have one. We have one biscuit there. And the backup. When you finished the first one, you have an understudy to the Cubbage. Yeah, I have the understudy. Digestive packets. Yeah, yeah, yeah. I'm always prepared. Good, very important. Clarisse premieres tomorrow night at 10 PM on Lee on CBS. Rebecca breeds everybody. We'll be right back. Rebecca. Lovely to meet you.
