Thing is, this has been a process trying to get into this place

You can't reserve this place, you can't reserve a love hotel

and so we had to call before we left, it took us an hour and a half to get here

and by the time we got here -

They were like "it's free! it's ok!" and then we got here

and they were like "sorry someone else has taken it"

so we have to wait possibly 6 hours,

possibly more, possibly this video won't happen :'(

but uhhhh we're gonna see if we can make it work

cos look it looks like a boat!

There's a water slide in it

After waiting 6 hours

It's finally free we're finally going to the love hotel

alright lets see the rest of the room, now that we've seen the best bit of it haehuehua

so here's a quick explanation of japanese love hotels

its a place you go to do the deed,and the business

but also theyre just kinda funky hotels. there's really good baths and fun things to do

there's a lot of love hotels around japan, and there's a lot of kind of.. funky ones? that'll have fun designs

a lot of them are the same kind of standard...

the same facilities, but some of them are a bit fun

so for love hotels you can usually pay for a really short stay, like a couple of hours

or you can pay for an overnight stay or just extend the time as much as you want

so this place was about 120USD which is about 11900 yen

it was that price for 4 hours, I think that's pretty good if you get a whole water slide in the deal

but yeah we're just gonna be checking out the kind of facilities this place has

we're gonna be here for 4 hours just hanging out

and yeah i'm gonna go down the slide

I'm so excited and nervous

so people might not have done it down the slide! Unless they're rule breakers

it really dries out halfway down

it's so fast!

as soon as you come around the bend it's super dry everywhere

I'm like ' don't touch the dry, don't touch the dry'

cos if you touch the dry your arm sticks to it and rips

Sarah: what would you rate it?

in terms of a slide in general

I would give it like a 4 out of 10

its so fast and it's so scary and a bit dry halfway down

but in terms of a slide in a love hotel

i give it a 10/10 cos i expected way worse than this!

brought up some water for sarah

and it was great for an experience

it's quite late now. we have been waiting for so long now, it's quite late

Sarah: this was meant to be a lunch thing

ok so we have some gels and soap to put in the bath but they all have quite interesting english

and then we also have this body towel

they have okonomiyaki you can order from restaurants around the area

so we're thinking of getting two separate okonomiyaki

and customizing our orders
