The light in my tiny new york apartments bathroom just went out, so we're shooting this against a window facing the street and my dog peaches, just gonna kind of join us as we get through my beauty routine.

My beauty routine is naturally a lot of lotions and most of what I go to bed with.

I also wake up with because yeah, my makeup is a lot of creams and I think that's a California thing just to look oily appear to be glowy, even though you are painfully dehydrated.

So this is the Taca one step, camelia cleansing oil.

It is heaven.

Um I love this because especially when I come home on saturday night from saturday night Live, I have so much makeup on, including fake lashes on what this does is it acts like a makeup remover and cleanser.

So I'll just get this on my mascara here.

I kind of rub it in and then you do this, which I love where you look like someone dumped you in the rain.

And the best part is when little fake eyelashes just kind of fall to your cheeks.

Then we're going to wash it.

Oh, okay.

And yes, I am washing my face in my living room and using a dog bowl to clean it.

But you know what?

We needed good lighting for this just as harper's bizarre, we gotta have the good lighting also if you take the back of your skin and it just feels like a little babies.

But you know you touch it, you touch it, you can get this at Sephora.

I've certainly got like that with money.

It's a four as we all do.

That's kind of the price of being a woman, but that was worth it.

Okay, so then I go into cleansing number two.

This you don't have to do every day.

But I like to just really like get a lot of the makeup off if I'm even wearing it.

So I use in your face cream deep enzyme cleanser.

This is lovely.

Uh huh.

Very natural.

I kind of like to combine chemicals and natural, which to me is like new york, L.

A.

You know, she's bi coastal and her skin care routine is also okay.

So I kind of pat that in and then if I want to be a freak, I will add an extra exfoliant to it.

Which is this Tasha, the rice polish.

This stuff is amazing.

This like changed my skin, it kind of minimized pores and just made it feel lovely and it kind of looks like cocaine.

So you take the cocaine, the cocaine, and then you add a little bit of water and then it turns into this cool paste, and then I'll add it two, this situation that is on my face, this is good, especially if you have mask me, which let's face it, we all do.

I always get them here, which I think is from like salad dressing and this usually this will be washed off sometimes if I want to just pinch pennies, I will sit and watch tv and then pretend this is a face mask, that's probably not how that works, but it's working for me.

Okay, so let's wash this off.

People looking good, nice and squeaky clean, got a bit of a glow and you can now really see my pimple, which is what you want when you really clean your face to just confront the mask.

So now we'll get into facemask land this I got recently, it's the talk to harper mask or serpent.

I really like this because it smells natural and nice and textures great, and I think I've probably used too much of it because you can't really tell how much is supposed to go down, so it goes on clear, which is fun too, because you can forget you put it on be in the grocery store, which in Los Angeles, I will say a lot of people just rock a face mask in public, like no shame, proud of that, then just gonna wash it out.

If I had the time I would use this Tasha, luminous dewy skin mask, which is great.

I'll just show it to you real quick, we'll put it on, but not do the full experience.

Okay, so it's milk.

This is literally milk and what I like about this.

Yeah, it doesn't make a great present.

I get these for people all the time.

Um and what they are, you don't have to wash your face afterwards.

So it's kind of like a cool way to do a facial in a pandemic.

Not that I really got facials, pray the pandemic, but and you just kind of let the serums into your skin.

What you could do is have a face roller which I don't have on hand and you can kind of go like so and like really get the serums in there.

Really press them.

I like to fully do this and just have my super is outside staring at me.

But you know it's new york baby.

Let's pretend that this went down.

This is my favorite serum in the world again in your face cream serum.

This is like shit Taki mushrooms and hyaluronic acid and it looks like that and I just rub this in and it is awesome.

It kind of smells like me.

So like a healthy me so ditch and I love that about it.

Just kind of really get it in there and I left us really get in my skin.

It's kind of like an orgasm for your face is what I was told and it sold me on it and I bought it because I listened to the poop podcast.

I definitely got the biologically sheriff, but I will say I immediately broke out into a rash so I'm going to lean into it eventually.

But yeah, we're not quite there yet.

So I'm kind of doing a more natural thing until I have the balls to go through the purge.

But it's not really on my agenda at the moment.

Um mm Mom.

Okay, so then this is another oily serum.

I really like buy more known.

This is a little bit, oh, it smells really good.

It has like an orangey vanilla thing.

I also, I'll be honest.

I kind of like my skin care to be my perfume, especially because you never want to be too stinky.

Then after all that I sometimes we'll use this vitamin C.

O.

Baggy thing because a dermatologist was like, you're in your thirties, like you're screwed.

Um but it just makes my hands stink.

So we're not gonna do that boo boo now for the mother lode.

I really like a sick lotion.

I am a dry dehydrated girl.

So this, I love again in your face cream huge fan.

It just gives you like a super yummy glowy complexion.

And also, I feel like most makeup nowadays is lotion.

Do you know what I mean?

I've already said that, but like glowy beauty, you can do the highlighter thing or you can just have like a thick ass cream.

Which is what I like to do if you also want to get like the whole foods version of that.

I also really like this will lead to skin food.

I'm not going to add to it.

Um But yeah, it's great.

Then I'll sometimes do an eye cream again.

Talk to a little bit of here, little bit here.

Mm I also really like their um luminous firming eye serum but we're only gonna do one.

And now for the Holy Grail, this is sea buckthorn.

Best skin ever.

It's technically a cleansing serum, which means you could put the oil on.

Do like a hot towel will take off your makeup.

But I just love the way it smells so much that I don't want to wash it off my face.

And I do, this is my topper.

It just smells like heaven.

And then if you have extra, I just kind of put it in my hair, which feels like a really yummy thing to do.

I feel like I saw Gwyneth Paltrow do that at some point.

Okay.

And then the last most important step is my dogs dental hygiene before I brush my teeth.

This is enzyme toothpaste for dogs, extremely important for the beauty of little peach.
