It is so easy and rather than taking foods out or avoiding foods or restricting, it's actually a diet that's full of abundance. You know, we've got thousands of edible plants that optimal health. We need a great variety and that's a joy to start incorporating into the diet. Part of that change of mindset is surrounding yourself with people who want to do the same thing. So find your tribe, get people to support you family member, a friend and just think about your common meals. Is it a chicken curry or a mincemeat, mexican chili. And then you just think of ways of how you're going to change that to a plant based version. It's so simple, like tofu curry or chickpea curry or five bean chili. Easy winds are getting rid of red and processed meat because for both health and environment, that is the biggest impact you can make as an individual.
