Subtitles section Play video Print subtitles When we design spaces, we want to make sure that there's something for everybody. I think this time, we've really raised the level of immersion. We have some amazing spaces for kids. We wanted to make sure that kids could bring some of their favorite stories to life. To not only view the experience but be part of the experience. Every venue, there is one of our great Disney stories that you'll be able to take part in. And this is our Disney Wish. We completely reimagined Disney's Oceaneer Club. We have a slide that takes you into the action. When kids enter the Oceaneer's Club, there are several different highly-themed spaces just for them. We have new characters to meet; there's always something fresh and new every time they come back. Let's talk about the Star Wars: Cargo Bay. There are critters and creatures in there; so much fun! Kids are tasked with taking care of these creatures as they're being transported to Batuu. We have the Loth-cat, we have Porgs, we have Dianoga that they get to interact with. It feels likes you are walking into that story, into that film. I can drop my kids off into the Oceaneer Club and they could go down the slide into their own adventure. And then I can go and have my own experience at Star Wars: Hyperspace Lounge, guilt free. Then we have Fairytale Hall, comprised of Belle's library, Rapunzel's art studio, as well Anna and Elsa's summer house, and it's just very interactive and fun. And brand-new Imagineering Lab. If you've ever wanted to be (an) imagineer, this is the space where you want to be. They get to have some really fun hands-on experience. That's the whole idea of Imagineering; you start with a blank sheet of paper, and it goes to endless possibilities from there. When we design our kids' spaces, the idea is that kids are heroes in their own stories. And, so, in Marvel Super Hero Academy, you get to suit up and you get to battle the bad guys. So that's what makes you the hero of your Marvel story. For Mickey and Minnie Captain's Deck, we've actually created a space solely dedicated to our toddler age group. Kids get a chance to, kind of be free and to run around and to get that energy out. It's A Small World Nursery; this is not only a beautiful space for some of our youngest guests, but it's a place for them to nap and also play! For our teens and tweens on board, we give them their own private hideaways. They're more relaxed experiences; more about gaming, more about connecting with each other. We've created these experiences so that children can be the heroes in their own story. They're actually guiding their experience through all of the games and the technology that we offer within those spaces. We're empowering the kids to take on and play these roles. What I hope our younger guests can really take away from the experience on the Disney Wish is just that feeling of inspiration, the readiness to go home and pursue their dreams and create their out-of-the-box ideas.
