I can tell you that you can have a resume that maybe only just good enough to get interviews, but not the job.

Your energy and communication are keys to getting the offer?

And lastly three, do you actually believe that you can get this next job if you don't feel deserving of something, the world will reflect that back to you.

You have to truly believe that you deserve this, and that's how employers will be convinced that you're the one for them?
