  • Initially there's nothing about him that seems to out of the ordinary, save for some occasional outbursts.

  • Only he's not actually a correctional officer turns out he's a convict pretending to be one.

  • He had everyone fooled.

  • And it's an unexpected twist that no one, not even the audience sees coming.

  • Hey, what am I supposed to wear man you're in it?

  • After the shocking revelation, we see his true colors and boy, is it chilling, Where are the keys to the truck?

  • The fact that he was acting normal beforehand only makes the performance even scarier Liotta's disturbing turn as this master of disguise is one of the reasons this underrated flick deserves a watch.

  • Number eight Henry Oak Narc, if there's something Ray Liotta knew how to do, it's play controversial figures of law.

  • Although this one seems to have good intentions in Narc, we see him play Henry Oak, a police officer seemingly willing to go too deep and often unethical lengths to get what he wants and solve the case behind the death of a fellow cop.

  • The only thing you need to know about me, then I'm gonna bag the mother that killed mike.

  • That means breaking every point of procedure, then they're broke.

  • Whether he's on or off the job, there never seems to be a dull moment.

  • Whenever Lieutenant Oak is on screen, the film is dark, gritty and entertaining and a key contributor to that is Liotta's performance.

  • Young Liotta gives the character depth and makes someone that viewers can sympathize with.

  • Despite being strong willed, kind and hardworking, he still faces financial hardships and struggles to make ends meet.

  • But with all of that, he remains true to himself and continues to be a strong role model for George Look George, this is the way it goes.

  • Sometimes you're flush and sometimes you're bust and when you're up, it's never as good as it seems and when you're down, you never think you're gonna be up again.

  • Even despite knowing that his son is working in the drug business, he still loves him all the same.

  • But when you want more money, he's a big rich genius, broadway director, you can't have it both ways in marriage story, Liotta once again proved that even with very little screen time he could still have an impact and leave his mark.
