Let's take a moment to look around the room because this episode is bonker. Alright, ew. Sandy, could use a manicure. There's this, this, and this. But did you catch this guy? He has yet to transform into a Krabby Patty creature, but seems to be finding comfort in rubbing the wall. That's it, rub the wall. Do what you gotta do, bud. [music playing] Then the mob heads towards SpongeBob and- Jumping jellyfish! There's terrifying blobs coming for you, SpongeBob. Run for your life. First of all, this episode Scaredy Pants is actually episode number 13 of the series. Ooh, spooky. Speaking of spooky, this is the first appearance of the Flying Dutchman, whose voiced by Brian Doyle-Murray. And his birthday, October 31st, Halloween. Ha ha ha. [screaming] Number four: First, I've got to get rid of this stupid costume. [screaming] Hey, what do you know? I scared him. This is a funny bit and a clear reference to the very first SpongeBob episode. Anchovies. What? Anchovies! Meep, meep, meep... Number six: See if you notice anything off about the calendar. Your souls are mine and you'll be a part of me ghastly crew. Uh... Uh, let's see here. Three weeks from Thursday, forever! Um, can we run screaming in horror from your ship now, Mr. Ghost Pirate, sir? Why, certainly. Patrick, after you. [screaming] Lord Poltergeist may be spooky, but apparently he doesn't know how calendars work. His calendar only has six days in a week instead of seven. Or is there something I'm not aware of? And on top of that, the calendar has a Halloween pumpkin placed after October 31st. Is there a secret holiday in Bikini Bottom on October 32nd? I want to be invited. Number eight: Then who was flickering the lights? [clicking] [clicking] Nosferatu. Nosferatu. Did you know he actually makes a surprise appearance again in season eight? Hey, boss! Can this little fella here take over my shift tonight? [laughing] Nosferatu? [sniffing] These episodes are 16 years apart. 16 years in that freezer. 16 years. Three days! No, sixteen years. Three days! All right, calm down, buddy. Number nine: Not Halloween related, but this moment still gives me the heebie jeebies. [groaning] [laughing] By the powers of naughtiness, I command this particular drop of hot sauce to be really, really hot. [gasping] Sandy. Wait. Want a fun fact to impress your friends? This is Tom Kenny, voice of SpongeBob himself. Behold! Yeah, that guy. And now for the final episode, Rock Bottom. This episode is so dang iconic, but I bet there's a lot you missed. They haven't even gotten to Rock Bottom yet, and strange things are already happening, like an arm disappearing. Next, when SpongeBob and Patrik get on the bus, there's a fish sleeping on one of the seats, but when they arrive... [screaming] he's gone. What is going on here? [alarm beeping] Whoa. [chuckles] Number 12: This is one I'd love to ask SpongeBob about. Earlier when he supposed to pay the bus driver, he has no money. Let me get my wallet. Wait. Let me check this pocket. No. Patrick, you got any change? How much do you need? How much is it? - 50 cents. - 50 cents. - Nope. - Oh! But now he has money to buy a chocolate bar? Hmm, interesting. [groaning] [growling] Wait!
