How can families get to a place more

like Mirabel and Abuela at the end of "Encanto," where

there's more understanding?

When we just stop pointing the fingers at each other and just

listen.

Just listen.

I think it also starts with sitting down with your elders

and be like, tell me the story.

And then I think you start to really

see how you've been raised.

I feel like the more that you find yourself,

the more that you're unafraid to also

be yourself with your family.
