Foreign correspondent James Longman joins us with the latest and James, the images on the ground there, just nightmarish. Good morning. Just horrific, Rebecca. Good morning. India's railway minister has said that signal failure is to blame for that horrific crash that killed 275 people and injured more than 1000. It's the deadliest crash in more than 20 years of its kind and the images as you say are just horrific. A passenger train slammed into that stationary goods train because it was traveling on the wrong tracks, and then, carriages flew through the air across the tracks and hit another train that was traveling in the other direction. An inquiry has now been launched to work out whether or not this was human error or if it was a maintenance issue. Millions of people travel on India's railways every day. It is one of the largest networks in the world, although much of it does need improvement. Prime Minister Modi has said that if there are individuals responsible, they will be held to account. Although his government has come in to some criticism for focusing so much on showy projects like bullet trains rather than upgrading the existing system, Lindsay.
