But, unfortunately, that's not gonna work.

You see, you can't talk, you can't call 911 and text the 911 is only available in certain areas.

So you're gonna have to get this baby out yourself.

What you need is a chair, a table or a countertop that you're gonna fall on.

I know what you're saying to yourself right now.

"But Jason, isn't that gonna hurt?"

Yeah, probably.

But you know what's gonna hurt worse? Dying.

Now, all you have to do to get rid of that pesky airway obstruction is pick your tool of choice, fall on top of it hitting yourself just below the rib cage.

But what if it doesn't come out?

Get outside the middle of your lawn, your neighbor's house, literally anywhere except for in your home by yourself dying.

Look, if you've got a soul to the middle of your lawn and started falling on top of it.

Someone's gonna call 911.

But the most important thing you can do is remain as calm as possible because the calmer you are, the longer you can remain conscious to hopefully help yourself to live and eat another day.
