  • Today I want to show you how to dry your clothes fast.

  • Now I've got two methods I want to share with you I use these methods when I'm out traveling all the time.

  • They work great in hotels But they will also work great at home if you're yeah in a hurry So if this is your first time watching my channel, I'm Thor.

  • I love to make these travel guides to help you travel better So let me jump right into the first method which is the burrito method.

  • So to do the burrito method we're going to place Our newly washed T-shirt here down on towel and then we're going to start at this side By folding The t-shirt over like so.

  • Now once we reach the top We are going to start stepping down on the roll so The reason we do this is that the towel will absorb all of the water from the burrito and Once we unwrap it, it will be a lot drier.

  • Another option instead of stepping onto the towel Is that you can wring it around like this However, I do not recommend using that method especially not for more delicate items So we're gonna unroll our little burrito here and I do find that this method will usually dry up Well, it's gonna reduce the drying time from maybe overnight down to a couple of hours Now if you're in a hotter climate, you can probably wear this out and it will dry up on its own But if you're in a cold place you need to dry it a little more first and then step two is to take your hotel's hairdryer and we're going to Dry up the t-shirt now depending on what hotel you're in.

  • You may not have a clothing hanger I usually find it's okay to just hang it on the sink and go to work But if there is a hanger available, I do recommend using that instead as this is kind of cumbersome compared so let's get into it and What I usually do is I start at the lowest heat and keep a little bit of distance You have to get a feel for it yourself depending on the hairdryer Just be aware.

  • If you go too hot you may ruin your shirt or whatever you're washing So let's go Now I want to talk a little bit about which method is the best one Personally, I recommend using the towel method as I think that's the most efficient one if you need to wear the clothes right away, you can use the Hairdryer one as well, but I do find that it takes a little more time Getting to the point where it's the same dryness as the towel method So if you can first use the towel method to dry up like 80% of the moisture and then go over with a hairdryer For the last 20% you're going to have a dry shirt or pants or whatever in only a couple of minutes If you don't have a hairdryer available at your hotel Perhaps you can place your shirt Hanging over the door or in front of a fan is very efficient If you have a window get some breeze on it that usually dries it out a lot faster if you don't need to have a shirt ready right away like In the example in this video, you can also place the clothes by the fan hanging somewhere so it can drip off easily I find that most hotels won't get annoyed by that.

  • I mean I've had clothes hanging from the Everywhere I have had a shower full of underwear and the maids haven't really said anything yet So yeah, that's a good method for sure And now that you know how to dry your clothes head on over to the video and I'll show you how to wash them as well I think that's just as important as the drying part.

  • So thanks for watching this video and I'll see you over there
