  • Please allow me to introduce myself. Let's just hope someone doesn't knock on the door.

  • This is what they're gonna encounter. Did you guys ever watch that movie with Jim Carrey,

  • The Mask? I went through a phase in the 90s, was it the 90s? Time flies, where I just could not get enough of the kooky Jim Carrey movies. Like I enjoyed that one and I went through a phase of watching Ace Ventura Pet Detective over and over again. I should watch that again sometime for old time's sake just to like see if it's still it's the same because I have recently watched some movies that were popular at the time. I was, I think to myself, why did I ever think that this was entertainment? He went, he went through a phase where he was pumping out movies all of the time and then all of a sudden he came out with like a serious film, right? The Truman Show and everybody was like got all quiet. As I incubate with my red light mask on, I want to show you all.

  • You know a lot of women collect handbags, shoes. Me, I have a mound of sun hats. I just put these out here temporarily. I'm still trying to figure out where to put stuff but this is one I wear probably the most, the Cooley Bar Britney hat because it's easy to collapse in my bag and it's got this bendable brim and it's really wide. I also have it in khaki. These wash up really well.

  • I have some straw hats. This I've never worn but it's actually great for running. Look at that huge brim and then it has these little side, you can pull these out for a little extended. See these flaps pull out? You can have extended side coverage if you need it. Yeah, once it cools off, I think

  • I'm gonna try and wear this when I go for walks. I'm gonna fire up my walking pad, answer some emails while I finish incubating in the red light. I've just been keeping this in my dump everything room right now. I'm trying to get organized but I store it in the little bag that it came with. So this morning I edited a video on things that look like fungal acne but are not it. So stay tuned for that coming in this morning with the six peptide booster.

  • I've really been enjoying this. Stay tuned for that. It should be posted sometime the week after this vlog is going up. Yeah because there are a lot of little bumps on the skin that kind of look similar so I thought that'd be a useful video to get. Especially you know this time of year with the heat and the humidity, especially if you live in like a tropical climate, malassezia related conditions tend to be at their worst. Let me know in the comments if you deal with tinea versicolor. Coming in with La Roche-Posay. Speaking of sweat, this is water resistant, 80 minutes, perfect for humidity even though honestly I'm not even sure I'm going to be going outside today because it's kind of meh. July and August are essentially like our winter here because it's just between the heat, although honestly honestly the heat hasn't been that bad.

  • The heat, the rain, the mosquitoes, it's like tough. But you can acclimate to heat.

  • I don't think people realize that. Like athletes, your body gets more efficient at producing sweat so you start sweating earlier into a workout and you produce a larger volume of sweat. Your body will also produce sweat that doesn't have as much salt in it because that's a real issue that you can run into. I'm putting some sunscreen on my arm because you end up losing too much salt. That's a real hazard of training in heat. For like marathon runners you know if they don't replenish their fluids along with electrolytes they can easily get hyponatremic. Putting some on my legs too. I have a video that should have gone up this week about how to know if your sunscreen is expired so check that out if you missed it because you don't want to be using a sunscreen that's expired.

  • All right let's do the thing. Cracking into the Kirkland whole bean french roast.

  • It's wild that I've been shopping at Costco for so long yet I've never tried this before. Easy to open bag. I adore these air escape canisters because they keep stuff fresh by getting the air out. Smells good. Update on my Kastari kettle. I've had this for about three years now. Love it.

  • Highly recommend it because it has a variety of temperature settings. I obviously use a coffee one the most but it has the whole temperature setting so once it comes to the appropriate temperature it will hold it there. I absolutely love that as opposed to having like scramble when the water is ready. I don't like the pressure. Plus I just love the gooseneck pour.

  • Like you can do it from up high. You want to get fancy. The brand Kastari, I have a pressure cooker multi-cooker that is also fantastic. So this brand is really good. All right that looks promising. That that beautiful top top coat. I always let my french press incubate for six minutes because that's what the internet told me the first time I googled how to make french press coffee and

  • I'm just stuck. Timer just went off. Let's give her a plunge. It's the black hole. Smells good.

  • Looks good. All right fingers crossed this is gonna be good because let me tell you the Costco

  • Kirkland whole bean coffee is a savings.

  • All right not bad.

  • It's a little too hot. It hit my tonsils and was like ah. I've just been sitting here trying to get some work done but I've been distracting myself. This is my latest interest is looking at vintage furniture on like eBay and things of that sort. And yesterday we went to those consignment shops together. Remember I told you I have it in my head that I want to get like a little wicker loveseat and matching chair little table for out in the sunroom. Wicker or rattan.

  • How adorable is this? I just love that little pillow there too. This is really cute. I don't know if it's the right size. I just was like oh my god what is that? I don't know who this company is because I'm ignorant to those types of things. It looks to be in really good condition too.

  • I love this part as well. The seller is located in Pennsylvania so not only is the price for this steep but the shipping is also but you could also reupholster this if you wanted to. Don't you guys think these cushions you could get different upholstery? But I actually kind of like this pattern. It says it's wicker and rattan. This is this website chairish.com. Let me know if you've ever purchased anything from this website. What your experience has been. Then there's this set.

  • It's not as cute but it's pretty nice. This is 1970s. It says Fix and Read. Same company. Bamboo sofa and chair. Looks to be in really good condition as well but it's not as it's not as cool as the other one. I'm gonna scoot on in to the crows. I've got my Britney hat. One thing about this it's like having it's like having a UFO on your head. You can adjust this part if you have a smaller head or a larger head but it's still really big which I like. I mean it covers your neck. It gets like a big part of your face sides of your face. You can even bend it down if the sun is like in your face or you can flip it up if you're on the beach. This is really good for the beach. Not for walking on the beach though because if you're walking in the direction of the wind it will blow it off your head. I do have one from them though that has like a hook around it. A hook? A chin strap. There you go. Oh my gosh how adorable is this little Pyrex.

  • They also have little glasses. Kruger always has the best like random kitchenware. Oh and matching cutting board too. I want to get some more of this Nomad brand seasoning. I didn't know they had these Caribbean vibes ones. I have one of their seasonings that I'm almost finished with that's like a Indian curry spice mix. It's really good. This is blackened. That'd be good. Red bean rice. Oh my gosh check this out. Peanut punch. It comes in a little juice box with a little juice box straw and it's basically like liquid peanut butter. Never heard of this before. This stuff is really good. So are these. I didn't know they had them here at Kruger. They um I love these actually.

  • This ginger tea looks good.

  • Well that's something I might as well go ahead and pick up is a plunger because you don't want to wait until you need it to realize you don't have it right. Lots of back to school supplies here at

  • Kruger. Oh look they have little Thanksgiving squishamals. A little corn.

  • Isn't he sweet? I just love these. I was gonna say is this Halloween candy but I guess it's just back to school candy. Check out these little travel sets. Woman on the go. You get a razor, shampoo, conditioner. Is that antiperspirant? Yep. Toothpaste and toothbrush. This is like everything I need and a little comb and a nail file. They also have one for men too.

  • There's a fancy one. Man on the go. You get shaving foam, razor. It's a nice little case.

  • There's one with Palmer's products.

  • $13.99.

  • These are handy.

  • Oh my gosh guys. What in the 1998? NSYNC. Is it NSYNC or Backstreet Boys? I always got their songs all confused. I can't tell who's who. I think I'm gonna get this NYX the brow glue. I've heard good things about it. $11.49. Then they have this lift and snatch.

  • No I'm not gonna mess with that. Look you guys I finally organized the trunk of my car. Aren't you proud of me? Let me show you. Here I have that car organizer thing that I got in a FabFitFun box and I just have the reusable grocery bags. This is a gadget to inflate my tires. That's a poncho if I ever get stranded on the side of the road in adverse weather. You never know. These are cooler bags. That is a wagon that I got on the Amazonian for bringing stuff in.

  • It's really nice. Clops of a wagon and then an umbrella. But yeah it looks a lot better back here that's for sure. Here are some little essentials I snagged at Kroger. There's kind of a strange odor in my dishwasher. It smells like cumin. Like I don't know. So I got these freshener and cleaner things. It says you can use them in the washing machine and in the dishwasher.

  • You just put one of these tablets in the bottom of the machine. You can load the dishwasher as normal and it'll deodorize. So hopefully that works out. I did end up going with the

  • NYX the brow glue. They didn't have any new Mrs. Meyers multi-surface spray scents. They just had like a lavender. But I saw this Safely brand. Cringe at the whole clean beauty whatever stuff. But lavender and coconut milk. Don't mind if I do. The bottle is interesting.

  • It's like almost it's a different type of plastic. Feels different. Then I did get a toilet plunger.

  • I keep seeing these all over TikTok. So I got influenced to try them. I've heard the pineapple is really good. I didn't know they had a mango passion. These zero sugar drinks. So I look forward to trying these. I thought they'd be good with like a little seltzer water splashed in as like a refresher. So I went ahead and snagged those. Let me know if you've tried them. I love anything passion fruit and mango. The combination plus pineapple. I'm sure these will be delightful.

  • I picked up the junk drawer room. I had a bunch of stuff there trying to figure out where to put it.

  • Went ahead and set up my little YouTube light over here. I don't know if it's going to live here indefinitely. And then this is a little case to keep cords in when you travel. YouTube sent me it has my channel name on it. And then they also sent me this little speaker bear. He's kind of fun.

  • You can connect him via Bluetooth, play music through his head.

  • He's fun. I think it says my name on it. I'm not sure. Yeah, it says a day with Dr. Dre established 2016. That mess down there though with all those USB cords, I need to figure out something else.

  • Like maybe a little charging station. I have this white thing here where you can put multiple

  • USBs and I'm charging like headphones. And this is where you guys will go to take a nap as soon as I'm done filming. But yeah, I need to figure something out here. These are just random extension cords in a bucket. But hey, at least it's all contained and picked up.

  • I despise clutter. It drives me berserk. Plus, now that this room is basically picked up to the point where it's empty, then I can start planning. I originally wanted to put my office in here and I still do like have my desk and stuff. But I don't know if I told you guys this my desk desk. I told you all that they had to take the feet off of it and then move to get out of my apartment. Because when I bought the desk, I got it delivered from Joss and Main and they actually came into my apartment and assembled it for me. It was challenging for them to get it out of my apartment. It was challenging for them to get it in here, even with the feet off. But it won't fit through any of the doors in here. So that kind of squashed my plans of immediately setting up my office in here. I might kind of make this more like a reading room. Once I get furniture in here, I may end up filming in here because I can't tell now, but it does get a decent amount of light. Update on this, not mad. I just sprayed down the counter and it smells really nice. I'm really glad I went with this. I got this a few weeks ago at HomeGoods. I didn't realize it came in a two-pack. These are by KitchenAid. They're like drying mats. I'm going for a lemon theme. I have that lemon, this is my recipe box, and then I have a little lemon gadget there. You can put like bits and bobs in, but I just have it there. Plus I've got my lemon shopping bag here. And I'm still rocking my lemon plate from my FabFitFun box. And I've got my lemon placemats and matching coasters that I got in the other apartment. So yeah, I'm going to go with a lemon theme in here. Do you guys ever have an interaction with an adult who's a parent and you get second hand embarrassment for the kid as a result of that interaction? It happens to me all the time and I have to like dial down my like gut reaction and just be like, you know what, they know their child, but I always feel like in these situations I have literally secondhand embarrassment for their child based on them over sharing things that I know myself as a child. I would have been humiliated by having these things shared. Recently I started chatting with this woman that I met for the very first time at this social event. I didn't know her. The subject of her children comes up and you know making just small talk. I was like, oh you know, we're your kids, you know the usual normal small talk. Well she starts just unloading all this stuff on me about her teenage daughter, how her teenage daughter like failed math and they had gotten her a tutor. She really struggled.

  • She thinks she has learning difficulties. And I'm going lady, I just met you. I just met you. I am more or less a stranger. I'm not this girl's aunt or family member. I had a great shower. I just pulled off those brightening eye masks that I actually put them on before I put my tretinoin on and the rest of my face. So they have been on there for a while. I really think that those are good. I love doing bright under eye masks. So like last year around this time I was doing the black tea ferment ones that Pyunkang Yul has. Those are really good. And what are some other ones that I've used?

  • You know who has some really good ones that I haven't used in a while? Good Molecules. They have a caffeine one. I mean this these have caffeine in them too, which is good for just kind of brightening and de-puffing. Those are really good as well. All right guys, I'm gonna wrap this vlog up here. I hope you're having a great night, day. I don't know when y'all watch these videos, but whatever time of the day it is, I hope you are just doing splendid. If you guys enjoyed this video, give it a thumbs up, share it with your friends, and as always don't forget sunscreen and subscribe. I'll talk to you guys tomorrow. Bye!

Please allow me to introduce myself. Let's just hope someone doesn't knock on the door.
