So basically we ensure that all operations stick to all the regulatory compliance requirements and also to ensure compliance with IOS requirements.

My role in my organization is to assure that all the activities related to maintenance and engineering are done in a compliance way, following the standard regulation and all the internal procedures.

Aviation industry is complex and is constantly improving and changing.

Many years ago I took an IATA training in Geneva for security airport or security aviation operations.

And to be honest I had very good memories from that training, especially from the training and from all the people that came to this training for the change that we had.

So when the risk-based approach IOSA program was launched, I thought that we need to come to the first available training in order to learn from the best, that basically is IATA.

My experience with the training has been amazing, it's super practical, we are starting thinking out of the box, the instructor is making us think, challenging ourselves.

So we are really enjoying these five days of training.

We'll go one step forward in our compliant monitoring system.

We are not going to be focused only in compliance anymore, so we will go analyze risk, analyze all the areas of operation, where we can improve, what is really effective, what is not really effective and we will share all the results with the operational areas.

Also we will support the other areas to start thinking also in risk-based, what is difficult in their areas, what they have to improve, where we can share a lot of room of improvement within the organization that will make the organization strong and more safe.

They should consider this course from WCAG because this program was launched by IATA, so what's a better thing to come to IATA to learn from the best instructors that I think that we have actually at this moment in the world and also, as I said before, to be able to change experience with some other colleagues from some other countries and also in order to improve internal procedures within the quality and safety management system of the different organizations.

I strongly recommend to other organizations to come join the training because it's really practical, it's really helping you to understand how will be the next IOSA, how you prepare your organizations to have a success IOSA audit, but not only for audit purpose, also for to improve the organization itself.
