Excuse me.
Can I stop you for two seconds?
I'm not selling anything, I promise!
I think that you look like...
...a lovely couple.
You look like you're in love!
We're celebrating our first anniversary today.
We are in love!
How did you meet if you don't mind me asking?
Online.
My wife was living...in St Andrews in Scotland.
She had lost her partner...
...and I had lost my partner...a few years before.
What's your name?
Yvonne.
Yvonne.
And your name is?
Brian.
We're still blown away by the whole thing!
It just happened.
Yvonne, what is your favourite thing...about your lovely husband?
His heart.
He's a prince.
And we learn from each other.
And each of us...fills in what the other one's not so strong at.
Which is the way it ought to be!
Do you think it's a good idea...to be in a relationship...especially as you're getting older?
Yes; answer.
I went to Harvard Business School, did my MBA, they asked me, I stayed on and...did my doctorate there as well.
People are the most important thing...in life.
When we're young...you know, we're tied up with...careers and money.
But actually it's just human beings.
That's what matters.
That's...that's it.
It's also proof that, you know, it's never too late.
No kidding!
He just turned 80 and I'm 74.
All we could communicate was by Zoom.
And we used to have dinner together.
Yeah, we cooked together, we shared a recipe...sourced the ingredients.
Candles on the table with the iPad.
So we got to know each other before we met.
We have a little ritual.
Every time we get into an elevator...we kiss each other.
That's what elevators are for.
And I kept doubting it...even though my intuition was saying...
We're just so darn happy!
