a matter of stepping out and giving it a shot. Because, we're finding that it's working and

even though we've gone through the school of hard knocks prior to meeting up in the

McCarthy Group. And we've sort of structured our minds so that we know what we want based

upon our long-term outcome. I would never... I would only ever try and convince

people that it be a good thing to do because, it's within the realms of people like us who

have regular incomes and you know to be able to build upon that rather than fritter it

away say, paying rent on somebody else's property, why not you be the one that owns

that property? Sylviane: And receive the rent.

John: And receive the rent and pay the house off and end up owning it, you know. Contributing

to you. Sorry... just had to swallow. Just contributing to your own financial

future, your own security. It's not that hard. Sylviane: Even if you think you can't afford it.

Because most people I'm sure will think "I can't afford a second property. I'm having

a hard time with my first one already." John: Yeah.

Sylviane: Give McCarthy Group a call. See what they can do for you because I'm sure

they'll find a way out. John: And you can do this even if you've got

a debt on your own property. It's okay to actually have debt, if it's good debt. I see

so many people who turn around and they wouldn't even think twice about going to a finance

company at some shocking interest rate and go and buy a car, which is a liability.

And yet the same amount of money could be put towards the deposit to buy a small flat

or something that's feasible for those who are not necessarily making larger incomes.

And the long-term benefit, you know the five to ten year benefit is just so beneficial.

It really is. And it becomes infectious. It becomes infectious. It really does. I think.
