Big long name but not to worry it is fairly simple once you learn the step so here we go, basic walk and progressive link. Slow, slow, quick, quick, slow. Closed promenade, slow, quick, quick, slow. Slow, slow, quick, quick, slow. Slow, quick, quick, slow, pretty interesting step. Now we are going to keep this as simple as we can because it can be quite complicated and we don’t want to complicate you so we keep some of the details for the bronze one level but we want to keep it simple at the beginners level so you can dance it right away. So here we go a description, we are going to do it facing you, coming towards you. So Wendy please. We are going to dance the basic walk. And walk, walk, walk, take a side. We don’t bring the feet together we simple stop the feet, stop the body and simply turn the head. So contrast that with our basic step which was and slow, slow, quick, quick, slow. We don’t do the brush we are simply going to hold the feet in place and instead of brush when we count this last slow we simply look at you, turn of the head. And we have, slow, slow, quick, quick, slow. Closed promenade, walking sideways, step one heel, step 2 walk across with the heel, step three, side step face each other, step, step four close feet and change weight to the other foot. Yeah? For me I am simply going to go slow, slow, quick, quick, slow, slow, quick, quick, slow. For the lady, and slow, slow, quick, quick, slow. Important to note for the ladies you want to make a deliberate motion to turn your head back to the left between the second step and the third step. So we have slow, step one, quick, step two, now between this step and the next step Wendy will turn square look back at the curtain quick, and close feet and slow, make it deliberate, staccato feeling. And slow, slow, quick, quick, slow, slow, quick, quick, slow always stay on your own side. The signal for this step can be quite complicated in description so I am going to make it very simple for you beginner dancers simply like this. There are four steps I am going to lead, or give a signal which is in step three and step four. What is the signal, I do this step one, step two, step three with my body frame and my arm and my body I am going to signal the lady to move back behind my right hip, like so. So I will do that again, slow, sow, quick, quick, see my body motion, turning, making the lady step behind me. With Wendy, and slow, slow, quick, quick
