But dont worry, in this video we are gonna talk about simple home remedies that you can try at home. 1. Add 1/3 cup baking soda and 1/3 cup ginger Add this to a warm bath. Soak in the tub for 15 minutes to relieve from all your anxiety and tension. 2. In this home remedy, we take a cup of orange juice. Add a pinch of nutmeg powder and a teaspoon of honey.Mix this well 3. n this home remedy we take 10 almonds, soak them overnight in water to soften,peel them and make them into a paste. To that we add a cup warm milk, a pinch of ginger powder, and a pinch of nutmeg powder.
