  • But dont worry, in this video we are gonna talk about simple home remedies that you can

  • try at home.

  • 1. Add 1/3 cup baking soda and 1/3 cup ginger Add this to a warm bath. Soak in the tub for

  • 15 minutes to relieve from all your anxiety and tension.

  • 2. In this home remedy, we take a cup of orange juice. Add a pinch of nutmeg powder and a

  • teaspoon of honey.Mix this well

  • 3. n this home remedy we take 10 almonds, soak them overnight in water to soften,peel

  • them and make them into a paste. To that we add a cup warm milk, a pinch of ginger powder,

  • and a pinch of nutmeg powder. This needs to go in a blender and once it is nicely blended,

  • drink this before going to bed to get relief from anxiety.
