  • In a large bowl mix together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and baking soda well.

  • In a large mixing bowl put the eggs and mix well till light, then gradually add the sugar and mix until light and fluffy.

  • once you have mixed egg and sugar then add the oil and mix again

  • add the milk and mix until everything are combined together.

  • Now slowly add the dry mixture of flour and cocoa powder and mix using a spatula or a whisk.

  • lastly add the coffee and mix until combined

  • Now in 2 8 inch pan divide the patter equally and give it a tap so there re no air bubble.

  • put the pans in a preheated oven for 30 min

  • once done check with a tooth pick inserted in the middle once there are no crumbs then your cake is ready leave it on a cooling rack until it has completely cool down

  • peel of the parchment paper and put the chocolate ganache in the middle and on top and sprinkle on some chocolate shaving and your cake is ready to eat
