Good morning, clan, welcome to Thursday,

day 13, 14, it's about that time,

time to mow this luscious green grass

we have back here.

As I said in, I don't know, two days ago,

three days ago, this side is really thick, really high.

This side, not so much.

That spot right there is kind of where baby puts her butt,

and rolls, and sits, and yeah,

kind of didn't grow very well,

so I don't know, I told Tiffany I'd give it another

two weeks or so, and if it kind of just stays barren,

maybe I'll go buy another bag of seed and just

throw some seed there, but we'll see.

But yeah, I gotta go pull the mower out.

I haven't used the mower in almost two years,

a year, a year and a half maybe,

year and a half or so, last summer.

Last summer I used the mower,

and so I gotta go put some gas in it.

Hope it starts.

(deep guitar chord)

Well, change of plans, the plastic thing won't start!

I put gas in it, granted it's old gas,

but it's a lawn mower.

Like, it should just start, but it won't start,

and it feels like when I hit the prime button,

the primer to pump the gas in,

I don't feel any pressure.

I feel like maybe it sat without gas for too long,

and it dried out.

I don't know, but now I'm like (exhales deeply).

The good news is there's a lawn mower repair shop

just around the corner.

Bad news is, I'm running out of time

'cause it's 1:30, and I have a lot of other

stuff to do, and then we gotta pick up the kids from school,

and we're gonna go to meet mom at papa's house

and hang out with the family before we go to dinner

with the family, and then we got more running around to do

'cause I leave tomorrow.

Well actually I leave tonight.

I'm leaving at like midnight tonight,

Me and my dad are packing up and heading to California

for an epic little weekend getaway, you guys,

epic, I mean epic.

Like so epic, my mind's still trying to process

what we're gonna do this weekend.

You guys are gonna like poop your pants.

Seriously, I might poop my pants actually.

I'm a probably bring some diapers.

I probably should bring some diapers.

Someone remind me to pack diapers.

So no lawn mowing for you.

In the truck driving, Bryce is napping.

Kid tries to do his homework in the truck,

and driving, and can't do it because

he falls asleep like his dad.

So we're on our way to my parents' house

to drop off my truck,

dropping off my truck to my parents' house, hmm.

I wonder why we're doing that?

Yeah, so we're dropping off the truck.

Tiffany is somewhere behind me,

and so we'll drop off the truck,

and then we'll all leave.

Gonna meet at my papa's house for

meet up, and go to dinner, and all that stuff,

and then my dad will come back

and pick me up later tonight in my truck.

Any thoughts yet? Any thoughts?

Any ideas what we're doing, where we're going?

And here we are, just like that.

Dropped my truck off at my parents' house,

and we're here at Tiffany's parents' house,

and I am starving, man.

Mexican food sounds amazing.

(door squeaking) Dinner-dinner time,

dinner-dinner time.

(feet slowly stepping)

(woman mumbles)

- Thank you, sir. - [Man with sideburns] Uh-huh.

Old stomping grounds, old stomping grounds.

This is where it all began, Tiffany.

- I know. (restaurant patrons talking)

- [Man with sideburns] That is literally the booth

right there that Tiffany was sitting in,

and I first saw her for the very first time.

What are you guys playing?

- Tic Tac Toe. - [Girl] Tic Tac Toe.

- [Bryce] Three in a row.

- [Man with sideburns] What was the other game

you were playing?

- [Bryce] Dot to Dot. - [Girl] It's like Dot to Dot.

- [Man with sideburns] Dot to Dot.

- [Girl] Whoever has the most boxes wins.

I have the most.

He just had one,

I had one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight.

- [Man with sideburns] Ooh, she smoked you, dude.

- 'Cause he kept thinking I wasn't looking even though,

'cause I was coloring, and so he thought I wasn't looking,

and so he put it, and he wrote where I'd be able

to do a box, and then I was actually secretly looking,

so then I saw, and then I did it.

(restaurant patrons talking loudly)

- [Bryce] Couldn't have just tricked me

- [Girl] Who is this?

- [Man with sideburns] Swag just got here.

They haven't seen Uncle Ron, Aunt Cybil,

and Grandma in years.

- [Swag] Hey, Gram. How you doing? Good to see ya.

- [Man with green shirt] That's Mike.

- [Voiceover] How are you?

- [Tiffany] Good to see you.

- [Man with green shirt] Mike and Theresa.

(laughter)

- She said the same thing when Mom,

because Mommy went to go hug her,

and then she's like, she looked at her,

and she's like, who are you?

And she's like, no I don't know you.

- [Man with sideburns] You know what she does to me,

she just shrugs her shoulders, right?

She just shrugs her shoulders.

She's 90 years old, and her memory is starting

to slip a little bit, and because we're not around her

all the time, she's starting to forget who people are.

- Oh, now that's hard.

- [Voiceover] I wouldn't mind going back there,

that was fun.

- [Voiceover] Two years from now.

- [Voiceover] Two years?

- [Voiceover] Family reunion.

- [Voiceover] Oh, is that where we went for our re-fen-tion?

- Oh, that's impossible.

(laughter)

- [Voiceover] Are we flying or are we driving?

We driving?

- [Voiceover] We're debating on what we're doing.

(laughter)

- [Man with sideburns] And dinner is served

along with my all-time favorite fajitas.

They have the best fajitas here, guys,

seriously hands down.

Sarah got her cheese crisps and beans.

Bryce and mommy are sharing a plate of enchiladas.

- Yup

- Fajitas should have the best (mumbles).

- [Man with sideburns] The should, but they don't (laughs).

We got a full table.

- [Tiffany] Sopapilla time. (restaurant patrons talking)

- [Voiceover] Yeah sure. Bryce won't eat (laughs).

- I said, you.

- [Man with green shirt] You're on camera. Wave. Wave.

(laughter)

- [Man with sideburns] Aww, look at the kids

being so nice to each other, and sharing the couch,

Sarah sharing her iPad with her brother.

Aww, it's so cute.

Hello, my lovely.

- Hi.

- [Man with sideburns] Ooh, look at that hair.

Oh, don't do, right there, oh, no, no, no.

Put it down, put it down.

Just, flip, wait, put your hair back,

and then flip it again.

- Wait.

- [Man with sideburns] Boom.

Ahh, now you messed it up.

It was perfectly black down to red.

You could actually see the transition.

(Tiffany mumbles)

Yeah, oh yeah, right there, it's crazy.

- I want to take the curls, too.

- [Man with sideburns] I like it. I like it a lot.

You guys, I'm married to a redhead now, what!

Well, guys, I'm going in to vlog.

especially family that's normally out of town.

Speaking of out of town, as I said earlier,

my dad will be picking me up here in a few hours

somewhere in the middle of the night,

and then we'll be loading up and heading to California

for a very special event,

and my dad and I are participating.
